I’ve seen the commercials for Qunol a thousand times. I wanted to try something of theirs to see if it’s just a gimmick.
This Qunol turmeric & ginger is great quality. It is made in the US. They use special formulas to make ingredients more bioavailable. It has 500mg of turmeric per each capsule, and 2 capsules per serving. Which is a 60 days supply.
These are high-absorption turmeric with 20% curcuminoids. They are pricey due to the better absorption quality. I feel better after taking them and would order them again.

I go through a lot of this because of how good it is for you. Turmeric / Curcumin has been my go to main supplement for years now because of all the documented health benefits there for anyone to research. And as far as I am aware it is also the most researched natural supplement that shows no negative side effects in taking at any reasonable quantities. As far as the Tumeric and Ginger are concerned, it’s fine. I have and see no issues with it. I do however take a negative opinion on the asking fee for these. Thirty bucks for a hundred and twenty capsules is too steep. You can find better deals here on Amazon or other big box stores. I do like that the bottle blocks light so you’ll get more storage life from them should you choose to not use them right away.

Qunol is a brand I’ve used for years and trust. I normally buy the liquid form of Qunol turmeric from the warehouse club and mix it into smoothies. This capsule form of turmeric is easy to swallow, more convenient than liquid, without the aftertaste. And it includes ginger root extract. Turmeric and ginger are both excellent supplements for inflammation, healthy joints, immunity and have other health benefits.
The only negative is the higher cost than competing brands, $29.72 for a 60 day supply.

I was pleasantly surprised that Qunol had come up with a new version of Turmeric and Ginger with supposed better absorption. That said, I have been using this for several months and intend to continue its use as long as the price point remains reasonable.
As I unfortunately age, I occasionally experience joint discomfort as a result of a skiing accident, which has been manageable. However, I recently had significant issues with pain and discomfort in my knees that hindered my ability to exercise and play pickleball, and this pain was just worsening. It began to affect my ability to perform walk extended periods of time and taking steps up and down stairs. That said, I started exploring dietary supplements and anti-inflammatory foods to help alleviate inflammation, I came across the benefits of turmeric but realized that I might not be able to incorporate sufficient amounts of the turmeric powder into my meals for benefits nor did I want to change the flavor profile of the foods too much. Qunol is a great brand known for its quality supplements. This has what they call a “bioenhanced tumeric complex” which has 20% cucuminoids and should improve absorption. Coupled with the ginger, this is a really nice supplement.
