The product is great! I hate the packaging though…I was wondering if they truly wanted me to use it…Needs to have a perforation in the plastic to make it easier to open.

Heat wave –
This is a wonderful product. It is, however, heat sensitive and should have been shipped with ice packs, especially since the delivery location has been in a heat wave for weeks.
I’ve purchased this product, many times, through my health care provider and it always ships with ice packs in an insulated pouch with instructions to refrigerate upon receipt.
I will be returning the product and purchasing from a seller who handles the product appropriately.
