I believe that Quercetin is one of those supplements that helps restore normal levels of telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT). TERT extends telomeres ( the protective caps at the ends of chromosomes) and acts as a neurogenesis transcription factor (the formation of new neurons).

I really dislike the shape of these. I haven’t ever had issues with swallowing pills but these pills are very round and a bit difficult to swallow. They need to be oval shaped.

This supplement is a blend of several very beneficial ingredients in a convenient soft-gel. A serving size is 2 capsules and this bottle supposedly has 120 (I didn’t count 😁), so you get a 60-day supply for one person for $23.99, which I think is reasonable. The ingredients are:
– quercetin
– vitamin C
– bromelain
– vitamin d3
– zinc
– vegetable capsules
While you should absolutely do your own research and speak with a trusted medical professional before taking any new supplements, I personally have found each of these ingredients to be most beneficial and effective in my own health regimen. Being able to talk all of them at once in a convenient 2-pill dose is fast, easy, and saves money over buying all of them as individual supplements. I am very happy with these and will be likely to order them again.

I take a quercetin-bromelain supplement, with the approval of my doctor, for a health condition I have that benefits from their natural anti-histamine and anti-inflammatory properties. This particular brand appears to be well-made, and I love the gel capsule format, since it’s easy to swallow. The gel caps have no strong smell, no taste, and no aftertaste, and I also like that it’s third-party tested, GMP-certified and non-GMO. As a bonus, this supplement also contains zinc, vitamin C (also a natural anti-histamine), and vitamin D3.
Quercetin with bromelain can sometimes cause digestive upset, so I personally started off by taking just one, and once I saw I wasn’t suffering any ill effects, I switched to the full, 2 gel cap dose.
My bottle came with a manufacturing date of October 3, 2023, and an expiration date of October 2, 2025.

Beware that quercetin is a glutathione reductase inhibitor which reduces the availability of glutathione. I didn’t know this when I purchased this product, then researched it and learned about it. You can research it on your own too. Besides, I did NOT feel any improvement in my allergies either. I will not purchase this product again!

Seems to be a good combination of different vitamins and minerals. Of course, I have no way of verifying the quality or quantity of the included the nutrients, but the presentation and quality is all there.
