I’ve been taking quercetin for some time because of the possible immune boost. I can’t say for sure if it works because it’s impossible to prove, but I believe that it’s helpful in being stronger against common colds and in general supplying the immune system with what it needs. I take supplements on faith that they work, but there is no real proof.
As supplements go, this is one of the less economical, but the “pedigree” and overall balance of ingredients is more appealing than most since it also includes elderberry, zinc, and vitamin c (all immune powerhouses). I also like that they are vegetable capsules. I found these easy to swallow and tolerated them well. They didn’t cause any changes to my bathroom habits or stomach distress.

I’ve only been using it shortly so I can’t say that I can see any major results but the quality seems very well and good and it’s the normal health benefits that you would get from any, but I think this is going to be a company. I will stay with. It is worth the the cost with what appears to be natural ingredients that you can trust.
