a product that actually works! if dealing with ibs take this. helps to manage discomfort. but i also went on the OMAD diet and keto diet at the same time. pretty much solved the ibs issue where most doctors just gave up and pretty much told me i’ll have “good days and bad days” which is them pretty much saying don’t forget to pay the copay. also i don’t kno whats going on so…lets just call it ibs. ok?…they pretty much just told me to take some probiotics and keep a food diary. probiotics help alil to manage symptoms but still had ALOT of inflammation. quercetin helps to eliminate free radical damage in body and over oxidation of cells cause by years of drinking and eating unhealthy. but is only part of the solution. gotta also change up your diet and eat organic clean food. exercise. took out all grains from diet and went on keto and OMAD( one meal a day). almost ALL symptoms are gone. feeling great again. wonder why those doctors didn;t mention any of this? the quercetin will help in the healing process while on diet. and goes without saying but…gotta cut out the sugar, alcohol, process foods and dairy. that’s it. good stuff would buy from doublewood again. hope this info helps any1 with ibs or stomach issues.
