The item looked to have been repackaged. The plastic around the cap was loose. The silver foil on the mouth of the bottle had pieces of white paper on it as if it had stuck to the lining of the cap. However, the cap lining was intact, no pieces of paper missing. I refused to use it. The cap was also full of fingerprints. Disgusting! Quality assurance was definitely lacking in my experience.

Quercetin with bromelain is a flavonoid found naturally in many plants and foods like apples, grapes and broccoli. Bromelain (and vitamin C) helps with quercetin absorption in the body. It is a recommended nutrition supplement to help boost the immune system. It also has anti-inflammatory properties. I purchased this product as it seemed to be a good value for the money and I am satisfied with the purchase.
