Hello Lovely Querecetin complex extra strength is a winner. The whole flower is used in this high potency and bioavailable product. Upon receiving, I opened a capsule to examine its contents – not much of a taste or smell and appeared very fresh. Querecetin is the new CoQ10, with many claims from heart health to immune support. There are 120 easy to swallow capsules in the bottle, which makes it affordably priced. It’s a good addition to one’s health and wellness routine.

Quercetin has a lot of research behind it and so it led me to try this. The capsules are easy to take and have given me no side effects. Quercetin is in onions, yet I don’t eat onions or many foods it’s found inside. So adding this supplement was a no-brainer. I love that my heart is getting a little extra love and care. Quercetin has been shown to help boost the immune system and help the body live a long life. I’m hoping it is helping, but then again supplementation can take months to show improvements many times. I don’t know if I’ll live longer, but it can’t hurt to try a supplement. I love this supplement due to the ingredients. They appear to be clean and wholesome. I’d recommend anyone to try it, especially if you don’t eat quercetin-rich foods constantly. I’m sure your heart will thank you.

The more I’ve read about quercetin the more I’ve become convinced that it’s something I need to incorporate into my daily supplement routine. I placed an order for Hello Lovely! Quercetin Supplements in order to give my body extra health support. This bottle of quercetin contained enough capsules for a sixty-day supply. I figure by the time I get to the end I should have an idea if this is something I wish to continue.
Hello Lovely is bottled in the USA with GMP quality standards. These all-natural supplements are also non-GMO. Those things made me feel a little more confident in choosing this brand to try.
The bottle arrived well sealed with an outer wrap and peel-off cover under the cap. The capsules are rather large, but they don’t have a strong smell or unpleasant taste. The suggested dose is two capsules per day, though little other information is included. I looked up additional information on quercetin and found that it’s recommended to take 500 mg twice per day instead of 1000 at one time. Hopefully I’ll remember to take the second capsule, I often have difficulty remembering to take supplements any time other than in the morning. Splitting the dose into two separate times would mean that I didn’t have to take two of these large capsules together. While I was reading about quercetin, I also checked to see what the possible side effects could be. Though it’s generally considered safe if the daily limit is not exceeded, anyone can experience side effects, so I wanted to know what to watch for. I didn’t experience any unpleasant reactions.
It’s too early to determine if I’m receiving any health benefits from these supplements, but I’m hopeful. I especially want to boost my health as we enter into the cold and flu season. Perhaps this will provide some help in that area. If I begin to have any negative reaction to these I will come back and update my review. For now, I’m quite pleased with them though.

The capsules are a decent size and easy to swallow, with a non-GMO and gluten-free formulation that gives me peace of mind about what I’m putting into my body. I’ve been taking these for about a month, and while it’s hard to definitively measure immune support, I appreciate the potential antioxidant benefits and have noticed a slight improvement in my overall energy levels. The 120-capsule bottle provides good value, and the 1000mg serving seems generous compared to other supplements I’ve tried.

This is a 2-a-day variety making this a two month supply for $11 which is very reasonable. I have found buying a larger quantity ends up being a better deal though. It is a good concentration. It would have been nice is it also included a little bromalein but still a good option to try.
