I am a big fan of Lilymoon products. They are free from fillers, produced according to high clerical standards and do exactly what they purport to do.
I’ve most recently started taking the new Quercetin & Bromelain supplement. Only been taking a short time so it is hard to assess the impact however can most definitely say they arrived promptly, were well packaged. They are very easy to swallow (a few months ago I tried some other Calcium tabs and they were absolutely awful to swallow) so it’s a definite thumbs from me.

I guess this is easy enough to take although the dropper is not marked so I can only assume that one ML is almost a drop or full. I do wish droppers were marked, but whatever. Again the dosage is one ML and I put it under my tongue. Just note that it taste pretty bad. It’s a very bitter flavor. I have tasted worse so it’s not the worst thing in the world like I’ve told your nose or something, but it is very bitter so just make sure you have something handy to drink nearby and then you are fine. So I guess it is easy enough to take, but it tastes not great.
