This health and energy supplement contains high quality ingredients made in the USA. It comes in an amber glass bottle to prevent degradation. Capsules are smaller than average and very easy to swallow. This product is also very fresh according to the date on the bottle. Very cool!

I was curious to try this Roundhouse product endorsed by Chuck Norris. Three Hit Combo is a metabolic booster free of caffeine. It contains gynostemma pentaphyllum which is also known as “southern ginseng”. It’s been used in teas to increase energy as well for its antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties. You take two capsules before an afternoon or evening meal.
I took 2 capsules mid afternoon and didn’t need my usual caffeine pick me up the rest of the day. No jitters or upset stomach—just felt like I had more drive, a steady drive, to power through the day. Definitely seems like a worthwhile product to take on a regular basis. A bit overpriced, though.

I take two of my ROUNDHOUSE Chuck Norris Three Hit Combo capsules every morning. They are medium sized and easy to swallow, with no objectionable taste or odor. The active ingredients are clearly identified and familiar, and the dark glass bottle protects them from light and contaminants. I’m delighted with this supplement.

I was a little perplexed when I saw the ingredients in this, as none of them are typically used for energy or burning fat. I appreciated it didn’t have stimulants or anything which may make me jittery, so I figured to give it a try.
Berberine is an ingredient I have taken before to try and manage blood sugar. I’m not diabetic, I just get the hangries severely when my blood sugar gets low. It didn’t work for me then, so it could be why this formula did not work for me. Gynostemma is also an ingredient I have tried before on its own to lose weight, but it just made my appetite go through the roof. Quercetin is typically taken for immune support.
So, I have no idea how this formulation is supposed to do what it claims with the combination of these three. I took a half dose of one capsule to start with as I am petite, and I felt like I had a flushed face all day. My appetite was also increased. I don’t think this formula is for me, at least not at this time. I may try it again at a different time.
