So I’ve been using this for the past month and it doesn’t seem to be working any miracles. It obviously helps some, but it hasn’t gotten rid of my cold sore quickly or in any miraculous way like I was hoping. Five weeks later there is still evidence of my cold sore on my lips and it has not completely gone away despite using this several times a day every day for the past month.

I have dealt with cold sores since I was just young. I have tried L-lysine vitamins, spent way too much money on Abreva, but this product works wonders! I seem to get cold sores if I’m out in the sun without a sunscreen chapstick applied, or if I am sick. This actually stops the cold sore in it’s tracks! I don’t have to deal with the embarrassment or the pain of cold sores while using this. Very very pleasantly surprised and satisfied.

My daughter is seven years old and suffers from cold sores. Normally they last anywhere from 7 to 10 days I read the reviews on this and went for it for $10 what did I have to lose. In 24 hours the blisters were gone I caught it the day after it popped up put the stuff on as the package says and it was gone the next day all that remains was a red spot I was floored my daughter was thrilled I even took it to her pediatrician and let him know what a miracle this stuff is and that we no longer needed her prescription! Do yourself a favor and order two if you so when you know or your child suffer some cold sores you need to have one in the house and one on your purse this stuff is a miracle just buy it now listen to the good reviews they’re on point

I only review things if I’m really impressed or really disappointed. In this case I’m literally in tears I’m so grateful for this product! I get cold sores about once or twice a year, usually after getting over sickness. Two days ago I woke up with blisters forming on my lip & ordered this to try because of all the positive reviews. It arrived the next morning and I applied it liberally all day, I honestly was concerned it wasn’t working because my lip was inflamed and in so much pain. Later in the evening the pain subsided and scabs began to form. This morning the blisters were completely scabbed over and no longer painful. Some of the scabbing has already fallen off and revealed healthy skin. I have Never used anything that worked so quickly and effectively!!!! Do not hesitate to buy this product!! (Also feel I should add I paid for this product with my own money and was not compensated for a positive review – since it seems so hard to determine that these days.)

Realized around midnight that I might be getting a cold sore. Have never had a bad one, and not for decades, and it was midnight! So what did I do? Wanted to take care of it right away but was not going out to get at that hour. So I looked on Amazon for something that could be delivered the next day and had good reviews. I knew nothing about this brand but it could be delivered (through Whole FOODS) early the next morning. So I kept my bloody hands off my mouth and ordered it. Imagine my surprise when it is delivered, in the dark at 6:15 am! Used it right away, and about every 2 hours for a day. The painful little dot on my lip never developed any bigger and was gone by the next day.

I have always used Abreva and it has been a lifesaver but this time around my fever blister was worse than ever and it was not working. I looked through the internet and Amazon for any other options and came across this product. So I said what the heck I’ll give it a try. I got the ointment and also Lysine vitamin 2 days ago. I am so happy the moment I put on the ointment I could feel it sting a little then a cool sensation which started to bring the swelling down and take the redness away. There was a yellow like scab that was forming from the Abreva but this medicine actually took that away and it felt so much better. I am so happy because it has all cleared up 2 days later. I keep looking at it (as I’m sure everyone does) and it has cleared up throughout the day. I love this product and will buy it again if I need it.
