I was looking for an energy boost that didn’t involve caffeine, and am pleasantly surprised to find that PQQ really gives me a boost that doesn’t include jitters. I take it along with CoQ-10, and find that I don’t get as tired in the afternoon as I used to. I only have to remember not to take it too late in the day, because it definitely affects my sleep. A great product!

Quality of Life has a nice website that says some good things. Overall I’m not real impressed though. They seem to be selling some lower end supplements at reasonable prices. Specifically in this product they claim 100 mg of CoQ10 but they don’t specify if it is Ubiquinol or the lower cost Ubinquinone. PQQ is a lesser known nutrient that has some great benefits. Some of their other products I find to have rather dubious formulations.
The science (independent of this product) does make it seem like a good idea to take 10 to 20 mg of PQQ per day for optimal health.

I have tried different brain supplements on the market and this is one of the ones I think is effective. Sometimes nootropics have a subtle effect but it gives you the extra edge when you’re at work. Coq10 has anti aging properties as well.

I criticized the seller for not honoring the ad in facebook. I was told that order on amazon did not include the offer…today I received the complimentary offer, as advertised.as far as the quality of the supplement, I’m pleased with the small capsule, easy to swallow. and there is definitely an increase in my energy after only two weeks of taking one capsule with my lunch, (not two that is suggested) thank you QUALITY OF LIFE..
