These slow release iron pills aren’t too large to be comfortably swallowed. And they don’t cause tummy troubles like other iron supplements can.

I cannot take regular iron pills, they make my stomach hurt. These are slow-release which I think means they dissolve in intestines (rather than stomach). Makes a big difference.
