Antes de aplicar o peeling, limpe e seque bem o rosto. Aplique uma camada fina e uniforme do produto na pele, evitando a área dos olhos e lábios. Recomenda-se o uso de protetor solar após o procedimento.

Gel seems mild upon application but it works subtly and slowly. So far it hasn’t relieved any of my acne yet but has replaced the itchy pain with that which one gets of a burn from a smothering red hot iron rod. The acne marks has now darkened in color considerably too like for cattle branding. Lol. Guess it’s working through its own acidic ways to eventually dry up and fade. Paws crossed. The bottle cap is child proof where it has to be depressed hard down to open ala most medicine bottles. That’s cool. Only improvement external wise is the rubber stopper pump. This type of traditional rubber material used will eventually degrade, gooey melt and wilt over time in tropical heat. Either replace the rubber stopper material with the more sturdy propylene material used in most contemporary packaging these days or change to a squeeze tubing housing since the content is a gel.

This stuff is fantastic. It got rid of these persistent “warts” of tough, keratinized skin on my face and scalp. It is sticky and gooey, which is perfect because you can stick it right to the spots you want to target. Healthy skin is much less affected by it. I leave it on 10 to 30 min, depending on the sensitivity of the nearby skin, and keep hitting it once a day for a couple weeks. Eventually, the warts just fall off, no blood or anything, like magic. Really made a big difference for me. OK, I am realizing this review is starting to sound like b.s. paid advertising, haha. But just a satisfied paying customer. This stuff just works, strong recommend. (Also, tried one other brand and it was too liquid for they way I wanted to use it; stick with this one for its stickiness.)

Please proceed with caution! Please do not use on skin which is cracked, open, wounded, vulnerable, compromised, sensitized, inflamed, irritated, burned, peeling, or bruised. This is not interchangeable with typical OTC Salicylic acid formulations which are generally 0.5%-2.0%, so please use it sparingly, and please do not leave it on overnight; set an alarm for 5 minutes the first usage and wash it off if there’s any burning (some people have much higher or lower tolerances), if there isn’t any burning you can leave it on an additional 5 minutes, if there still isn’t any burning you can leave it on for an additional 5 minutes, if there still isn’t any burning you can leave it on for an additional 5 minutes, but there’s no need to leave this on longer than 30 minutes total anyhow because the Salicylic acid should already be completely neutralized, but you still need to wash it off and apply hydrators / peptides / moisturizers / ceramides otherwise you risk damaging your skin and then the cycle of irritation-inflammation-infection will only get worse and worse, sadly… Basically I think this product is best for simple things that require penetration enhancement to break down muck under the skin and drying things out and evening out texture like cystic acne or hyperpigmentation or scarring or wrinkles. I wouldn’t use this over large areas because it’s so strong. Ideally for me would be to use it only when necessary, only one night per week at most (let’s say Friday night so it has the weekend to recover) and then it necessary on Saturday night and Sunday night use something like Azelaic 20% (also available here on Amazon) which is much gentler but will help get the job done as a team-network, and then the other nights of the week just use hydrators / moisturizers, and please use sunscreen diligently during the daytime, and please never pick at or squeeze your skin during this process as it can cause tearing or bruising or scarring. This is a serious product and it should be taken seriously. Yes there are stronger products on the market, but only twice as strong at most; however the vast majority of products are the market are up to 40% less strong than this product, so please be safe!

I used it as a all over face treatment, and as a wart remover. I explain both my processes below. I am exceedingly satisfied with both results.
My process for the face peel:
1. Wash face with normal cleanser
2. Apply a conservative layer of gel
3. Wait 10 minutes.
4. Wash off with cold water. I used baking soda mixed with water in a spray bottle to deactivate (neutralize) the acid, not necessary, but I felt better knowing it was neutralized.
5. Apply a moderate amount of niaminicide and retinol afterwards, and massage in with your finger tips to encourage blood flow.
I did it Once per day, for 3 days.
Absolutely nothing changed, until it did!
After about 6 days the peeling began. It lasted about 4 days, the most significant being the 2nd and 3rd day. I did not exfoliate from day 1, until the peeling was completed. I washed daily with regular clenser and used the niaminicide and retinol product afterwards. I didn’t force the skin to peel, but I massaged my skin with my fingertips while applying the niaminicide & retinol, and most of the skin comes off easily. I did pull on some skin before washing, and for me, the skin was so thin, there was no chance of tearing or bleeding.
My 57 year old skin looked amazing, my pores were minimized, the age related bumpiness was greatly smoothed, the small wrinkles were barely there, and the deep wrinkles were significantly less deep. It was a surprising improvement and I was looked forward to the next treatment.
The results from the first treatment lasted for over 12 months. The second treatment improved my skin even further. I do not look younger, I look healty, refreshed, and well rested. The improvement in my skin brought me a renewed confidence as a bonus.
The skin peeling was minimal, less than a sunburn, but comparable. The acid stings slightly, and it needs a full 10 minutes to do what it does. Don’t panic and wash it off too soon.
For the wart removal:
1. Wash area with normal cleanser.
2. Apply a conservative layer of gel directly on the wart.
3. Wait 15 minutes.
4. Wash off with cold water. I used baking soda mixed with water in a spray bottle to deactivate (neutralize) the acid.
5. Apply a moderate amount of niaminicide and retinol afterwards.
I did this once per day, for 3 days.
Nothing happened for almost 10 days, then suddenly there was a little bit of a change, but it still seemed like it wasn’t going to fall off.
On day 15 or so, a big chunk came off, painlessly and easily, while bathing normally in the shower. I was surprised because it didn’t look like it was ready to shed.
I repeated this process two more times to get the skin totally flat. My skin remained discolored where the wart had been for many months, but eventually faded to barely there. And now I can’t see it unless I look very closely for it.
I cannot imagine how this 20% could burn skin if used as directed. I can only guess that they didn’t rinse it off, or they used it more than 3 days in a row. It’s ridiculously gentle, but the results were amazing. I was truly surprised by how much it improved my 57 year old skin.
My skin is “fair”, and somewhat sensitive. I get a bigger reaction after applying the niaminicide & retinol than I do after using the acid.
Regarding stinging: For me, the acid stings a little, and more than I expected. I found myself wanting to remove it before 10 minutes. But once I felt the sting, the sting didn’t continue to get worse, so I would say it’s tolerable if you can remain calm.
I recommend doing a test patch on your knee so you can see how stingy it might get for you. I think my experience with the stinging was a worst case scenario because it seems others didn’t feel any sting at all.
Having a gel option was fantastic! I felt more in control of the product.
I highly recommend this product.

When a person with a compromised immune system can not stop the spread of common warts and even dermatologists have no answers on what to do; you have to get creative. Possibility ( one ounce of Castor oil and (2-3 drops ) of this 20 percent product spread out over the large infected area with and eye dropper then and wiped smooth with a paper towel seems to provide a coating of salicylic acid that possibly provides blockage of viral spread where NOTHING ElSE ever did.. This coating from personal experience could be left applied and used 24-7. All this was stated as experience and not as medical advice. I will reorder.
