I used this serum for a month. Instead of minimizing pores and healing blemishes, it actually did nothing at best. I found that I had more blemishes during use of this product. Did not shrink pores.

This serum has a nice texture and absorbs quickly – however, it does make my face very shiny so I only use it at nighttime. It is very moisturizing and has a refreshing cooling effect. I have not experienced any adverse reaction to this product

There is nothing I dislike about this serum, yet nothing that stands out about it either. It doesn’t cause any bad skin reaction (I have a sensitive skin), and I believe such a thing is good on a long run and works in complex with other skincare products.

I got this serum alongside the same brands brightening cream, and I don’t have any problems with it but it doesn’t particularly stand out either. A little goes a long way when applying it and it goes on smoothly and settles quickly, but feels similar to other serums. I wouldn’t say it has a particular “brightening” effect especially compared to a straight VitC serum.
There’s nothing wrong with it and if you’re looking for a good, routine serum it definitely wouldn’t be a bad choice. I still use it every now and then it just hasn’t become my go-to or anything.

I didn’t get this serum because it claims to lessen blemishes or lighten or whatever. I have rosacea, which dermatologists just go ‘🤷♀️’ at, so I pick my face products for their soothing and moisturizing.
There was an IMMEDIATE texture improvement when I used this serum, which I’ve never experienced before. I don’t pay attention to a lot of skin care claims because it requires close examination of my skin over multiple days and weeks and who has the time? That this improvement was so sudden is therefore impressive.
I don’t have such an issue with it being sticky or tacky- it’s just like any other dropper serum. I use mine with a snail based toner and a moisturizing gel. By the time I get dressed and move on to my hair, it’s settled and dry.
It feels like a lot to pay for such a little bottle but a little goes a long way. Three drops does my whole face comfortably.
Korean skincare- and Asian skincare overall- has been good to me. I don’t know if I will keep buying this product to use long term since I like experimenting, but it’s definitely in my mental database as a tried and true.

I was breaking out from another brightening serum and thought this would be the saving grace but was disappointed. After trying it for over a month and over halfway done, the results were underwhelming. Did it help with breakouts? No, not really. Did it brightening my acne scars? Maybe slightly but vitamin c is the last ingredient on the list. My skin did fell hydrated and I will say it’s acne prone and sensitive skin safe, at least for me but at this point, I’m just trying to finish the bottle so I can try something new. It’s also expensive for the amount that you get, although a few drops goes a long way as it’s lightweight and not sticky. I’m just looking for something that brightens well and worth the value.
