This is one of the better tasting powder electrolytes that I’ve tried, and I’ve tried a lot! Because this is also a zero sugar product, this is probably one of favorites since it’s low carbohydrate and won’t spike your glucose levels. There are 15 packets included in this package – 5 each of pink lemonade, lemon lime, and fruit punch. They ALL have a good flavor in that they don’t taste heavy on the salts like other powder electrolytes taste. It’s salty, but more muted in flavor. While one of the major ingredients is coconut water, you can’t taste the coconut at all and perhaps that is why it also doesn’t taste as salty as the other drinks.
Overall, this is definitely one of my favorite electrolyte packets to bring with me to the gym. It tastes great in my opinion and helps my body replenish itself so that I don’t feel as drained after working out. It’s a little bit more expensive than other brands, but I think the taste and performance is worth it.

This electrolyte mix variety set from PWDRS is a great option for those people looking to add a health-centric electrolyte mix to their diet. I have listed pictures of the certifications and ingredients. To my preference I believe this mix has a great list of ingredients as well as key omissions for those looking to avoid artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols. I like each of the three flavors included in the set, the fruit punch would not be one I’d seek out among the three but it’s decent, the others are better. On the topic of flavor, the perceived salt taste is confident without being overpowering. From the products I’ve tried, I’d put it between the heavily salted ReLyte and the ultra low salted Junp…yes Junp not jump.
My order arrived sealed with 14 packets rather than 15. For this I need to dock my review a star. Ultimately this is a mistake by the manufacturer, not Amazon and I’m sure most paying consumers would be upset that they were shorted or inconvenienced by the process of receiving a replacement product.

For me, the salt balance, excellent ingredients and trustworthy sourcing are all reasons to suggest this product. I don’t usually purchase single-serve products because of the packaging consequences but otherwise I don’t think I can find much to critique for this product. Had the product arrived with all 15 packets I would certainly consider this 5 stars, but unfortunately it did not. Still, excellent drinks!

The fruit punch tastes the best. The pink lemonade isn’t the best. The lemon lime is okay. They are a little salty but not bad. They’re convenient to take with you and help with hydration. They mix in well.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve found myself plagued by painful muscle cramps in the evenings, primarily in the feet. They get me out of bed in the middle of the night. After trial and error, I discovered that the problem is lack of electrolytes, so I’ve become a bit of an electrolyte connoisseur. This particular brand is as good as any I’ve tried. They come in individual little packets rather than a tub, making them great for use on the go. The powders dissolve excellent in water, creating a semi-opaque beverage with no significant residue at the bottom of the glass. Dissolving is always a challenge with electrolyte powders, and this brand seems to have that down pat. The flavors are great too, making this a pleasant and refreshing afternoon drink that actually does something for me. Overall a great product, and I would not hesitate to order from this manufacturer again.
