This is good in winter time too I am sure, but for the hot summer sun that has been blistering down on me and chapping my lips this is an instant helper. Wearing overnight by applying at bed time gave me the best results but it is fast acting so that you can use it any time. The smells are each great, I change up each night what I am going to apply and each morning my lips feel great. I once a month exfoliate my lips real good and the next few days apply chapstick constantly with this it’s just the nightly application and thats all I need now.

Don’t be put off by the fact that petrolatum is the first ingredient. These lip masks are not sticky or hard to apply. They are very soft and spreadable, have a pleasantly mild flavor, and do leave lips soft. When applied, they have a soft sheen that looks and feels lovely. I wish that they included a little applicator, but I washed my hands and used a clean pinky finger for each bedtime application. I haven’t yet decided which of the two I prefer. I sure do wish I had known about these during the winter but will be prepared this year!

These are pretty generously sized lip moisturizers. There’s nothing spectacular about them – the primary two ingredients are petroleum jelly and beeswax – so it’s very clear what you’re going to get. The product photo also makes it’s look like a cream, but it’s not. It’s more similar in color and consistency to petroleum jelly.
The product photos say they include hyaluronic acid; the box does not. HA nor any of its variables is not listed in the ingredients. The photos also say they include “berry wax” which isn’t on the ingredient list either. It does contain vitamin E. I can’t say it really builds confidence in a product when the advertised photos of ingredients are different than what is actually in the product.
The smell is pretty mild but pleasant (like berries) and it really only tastes like petroleum. It’s not flavored. They work just like you would expect from a lib balm of petroleum jelly and beeswax. My lips do feel moisturized in the morning.

I didn’t think these lip masks were hydrating enough. After a few minutes of applying, it felt like I had wiped it off. The fruity scents are nice but also smells heavily of wax.

These lip masks smelled so strongly like crayon wax I couldn’t use them. The smell was so strong and bad, I didn’t want it anywhere near my nose, and especially not on my lips as long as I would have needed to note any benefits from the lip masks over several days. It’s possible I got a bad batch, but given how waxy the smell was, I think that’s just how the formula is. I hate throwing away products that are technically usable, so I guess I’ll just be saving these for the next few times I have a cold, or my allergies act up, and my sense of smell is gone. Either way, I don’t recommend these masks

I ordered this lip mask because it seemed like a nice way to pamper myself. The results were just okay. The first thing I noticed was the super strong cherry blossom and berries smell. It’s pleasant but a little too strong for my taste. Plus, the mask definitely hydrated my lips, but I didn’t see any major improvement after continued use.
