I have been buying Puritans Pride supplements for about 30 years now. My mama bought their product for many years before I started. Great company, I feel safe in their products being exactly as stated. Shipping always takes about 7-10 days so am very happy that Amazon is selling more of their products as with my Prime, I can get my supplements in 1-3 days. This is the first time I had seen my product in a capsule form. Always I had purchased the caplet (elongated coated pill) which could be difficult to swallow at times. This capsule, although large (1000 mg), swallows easily. Vitamin C is a staple in my household as it has boosted the immune system and if taken at the extreme beginning of a cold, will actually reduce the likelihood of the cold lasting more than a day. I take 1000 mg in the morning and 1000 mg in the evening daily and haven’t had but maybe one or two colds in years. Between Vit. C and other immune system support, I feel fortunate. I recommend Puritan Pride, and I recommend Vit. C.

This is a good quality and value Vit C supplement. The bottle was double sealed on the outside and inside of the lid. It’s a large clear gelatin capsule, but no problem to swallow. I choose it anytime before a tablet. Recommend it to buy, especially for the winter season.
