I don’t write too many product reviews, but this product deserves a review from me. My wife ordered a bottle of this from Amazon and she gave me one yesterday morning. I take a lot of vitamins, but I don’t take any separate B vitamins because my multi is very high in all the Bs. Anyway, this gave me a very noticeable energy boost. I took another one this morning, and same effect, within 30 minutes. Maybe I’m low on B6 or maybe it’s just the blend in his supplement, but whatever it is, it’s very effective for me, at least the first 2 days in getting a very nice energy boost. I should probably add, I’m 56 years old and I don’t have all the energy that I did in my 20s and 30s, so maybe a younger person taking this wouldn’t notice anything. But if the energy boost from this keeps working for me, I’m definitely ordering again.

They’re vitamins. They work great for arthritis, unless you are sensitive to any ingredients. I have recommended this to several friends who (whom?) it has really helped too. I cannot take this because the Apple Cider Vinegar gives me migraines, bummer. It makes me sad because this stuff worked like magic for my Grandmother who had terrible arthritis in her hands. After a few months of taking this per label (2 caps, 3x daily) she regained full use of her hands and was back to crocheting again which was huge for her!! And for us, she made really nice afghans and stuff. Try it for a couple months and see if it helps. If not, I’m sorry. If it does…..you’re welcome and please pass it along. Most doctors don’t tell us about this stuff, shame on them.

Their pills what can you say about them I’m taking these pills since 1974 and searched around every place trying to buy them I live by them that’s all I can tell you they’re healthy did they keep me healthy

I tried to use a butter knife to pry them out each day to take them and it was still so stuck that I finally gave up. I only ended up taking about 5 out of the bottle over a week’s time and felt so discouraged. I’m not even sure that they did anything. Disappointed 😞.
