Nice softgel Omega 3 Supplements. Label claims Non-GMO, Dairy Free, Gluten Free. These are relativity small softgels, easy to take and swallow with no after taste. I have noticed a difference in my joints, mostly one of my knees that have been hurting more and more. There are many claims as of late to the benefits of taking Omega 3 supplements and I believe I will be keeping them in my daily regime. Overall decent value for the money.

This supplement is easy to take as it is a small gel capsule. The lemony scent helps keep the fishiness away. I find it works wonders for joint pain with its blend of Pro-resolving Mediators; specialized Omega-3’s. These are a little spendy for a two months supply, but if you deal with joint pain and this works, it is worth it.

I was having some surprise joint issues recently and I ran across this form of Omega 3 by PureFormulas. The label suggests that it may help with joint issues. This formula was new to me, but I was curious to try this out especially because the suggested dosage is only 1 a day! It took about a week to notice anything, but I am very happy to report it really is helping that joint feel better. It wasn’t dramatic but I felt a more subtle calmness in that joint. I was pleased enough to get another bottle to continue with this supplement until my joint felt completely better. Fish oil has always been recommended for aging bodies. But this formula is so much better because it is concentrated which means you only need 1 pill and as a bonus, its easy to swallow and tasteless. I did not even notice any fish burps later.! PureFormulas SPM Vital is “produced’ in the Usa in facilities are cGMP. The ingredients are nonGMO. I don’t however see any reference to 3rd party testing and their source for ingredients. PureFormulas is a small family and locally owned business. I highly recommend this SPM Vital. whether you have joint issues or not. It’s a great preventive.

I really like that it is non-GMO, gluten-free, and dairy-free.i didn’t notice a Fishy Aftertaste and it had a though of lemon flavor. I also like that this is an American brand that is made in the US and offers an effective and safe nutritional supplement. I have been using this supplement for over 5 weeks and have seen a lot of improvement. I am very happy with this product.

This just like all supplements may work for some people and may do nothing for others. This product for me does not do anything. Furthermore, it seems to just be a weak fish oil supplement. All in all, this product is definitely not something I’d buy again. Thusly I’d not recommend it either.

This supplement is one you can feel the difference when you’re taking and when it’s run out. In fact I be getting more because I feel the difference after it wore out. There’s a slight fish burp that can happen some days, other days none at all. The quality and performance of this supplement makes it’s high cost worth it. I just feel better with it daily and already miss it, especially going down the stairs in the evening. The brand and ingredients are top quality. Very happy to review this supplement as a 5 star
