I’ve been using this product for over a year now as a way to get off of energy drinks. Not only does it give me plenty of energy to get to the end of my day, but I’ve also noticed the immune benefits. When I do get sick it doesn’t last long and symptoms seem more mild. I had both the flu and Covid and felt bad for most of the week but it was tolerable. Especially compared to a couple years ago when Covid really kicked my butt.

This is my favorite flavor out of all of them. It’s not too sweet. I get a little bump from the caffeine but not too much. I don’t care for the fizziness because it makes me bloated. If you don’t drink it all within an hour or so it starts to get a little funky. My water bottles have that vitamin smell funk to them. I do not use this in actual 16oz single use water bottles.
I do appreciate these packets not having any artificial sweeteners or colors. I am having a hard time finding an energy packet without all the artificial garbage – that’s my biggest concern. I was drinking Crystal Light Pure Energy for years until they discontinued it. This almost suits as a replacement, though not quite a perfect match.

I refer to this my vitamin beer. I will have it once in a while in the mornings instead of coffee and I feel it gives my body things that are lacking in my regular diet. I cannot honestly say it tastes good. It is a little bitter but this is the kind of thing you imbibe for the health and body benefits, not for the taste. It doesn’t taste bad. If you are used to really sweet drinks like juices and soft drinks, you might not like it. To those people I would recommend they give it a chance.

I love the flavor of Tangerine Twist and have shared it with friends and family all of whom love it. Other flavors are not as pleasing, but all are good when stirred and shaken well. I use a little milk frother just to be sure it is well blended – I don’t miss a day of drinking this. I use it at 1:30 pm to refresh for the afternoon and not later because of not wanting sleep issues.

I never write negative reviews, but considering I’m unable to return this product, since there isn’t an available option to do so apparently, I figured I’d warn others looking for clean energy alternatives.
First, I have to say, that I’m no stranger to clean alternatives. By that, I mean that I don’t consume artificial sweeteners, or sugar if I can avoid it. So, it’s not like I’m used to drinking Diet Coke and comparing this to something of that nature. If I was, I am positive I would have puked on the first sip.
I ordered this because I wanted to find an ultra clean alternative to the Celsius packets that I’ve been using to maintain energy midday, because although they are a lesser evil, they are still not the best option.
I read multiple reviews on these packets before I ordered them, and I went with the flavors that seemed to be best reviewed. Today, I started with the Elderberry, because multiple folks said they liked that best. I shook it in room temp water, because many reviews mentioned it didn’t dissolve well… I can assure you that is true, and the water temp didn’t prevent that. In fact, it was cloudy with little specks that never dissolved at all. Looked sketchy, but I gave it a chance for health purposes.
When I opened the bottle I was instantly hit in the face with a strong multivitamin aroma. I mean, STRONG. Like, I could barely smell fruit scent at all. But again, in the name of wellness, I drank.
When I tell you have never gotten instant burning indigestion, l mean that literally this set my tummy on fire. It was like I was drinking crushed up Flinstones vitamins and baby aspirin. Gritty, bitter, medicinal… Not. Good. At. ALL. I tried to power it down, but dude. It was so gross.
The remaining 29 packets are destined for the trash, or as a donation to anyone who has an iron stomach and no sense of taste or smell.
