When I received my bottle it was completely exposed! No cap! No safety seal around the neck of the bottle or dropper and when I opened it the liquid was very dark, very thick and smelled like castor oil, it could have been motor oil for all I know??? I have been using oils for over 10 years and I never knew vitamin E to smell or look like this. It would immediately separate from my other pure oils. The description on Amazon says cold pressed but its not stated on the bottle. I guess you get what you pay for!

BAJA BASICS HAS MADE THINGS MORE THAN RIGHT WITH ME!!! This Company does care about their customers and went above and beyond and I will definitely order from them again!

I was pleasantly surprised by this oil. First of all, the packaging is absolutely beautiful that I don’t even want to throw it away. The box has a beautiful artistic print. It looks like a box of a floral summer perfume. The bottle is bigger than I anticipated which is great because I need a lot. The consistency of the oil is amazing. It is unlike any of those cheap vitamin e oils. It is really thick and dark. When my 3yo saw it she asked if it was honey! It is very rich and rubs into the skin well. I highly recommend this product.

Just got it today and so far I’m not happy. The bottle has a dropper which is a bad idea because the oil is extremely thick. When you pull the dropper up, oil clings to the side of the dropper and so you don’t get to “drop” any oil onto your skin because it all just comes pouring down. and if you try to quickly put the dropper back in the bottle to save the excess oil, it scrapes down the side of the bottle and gets wasted… this should have a pump instead.
Second thing, it stinks. smells like burnt castor oil…
Third, it makes me sneeze (black castor oil makes me sneeze also, I guess it has something to do with it being burnt).
Overall it did not work for me. It dried my lips out so bad that my throat became dry and water wouldn’t even quench me, this lasted for 3 days. I am allergic to sunflower seeds so that is probably the culprit. DO NOT buy if you are allergic to sunflower seeds.

Bought this after surgery to use on a scar after Dr. recommended using this type of oil and this was highly recommended..it’s one of the only pure oils I found and it does an amazing job…I’ve also used it not only on my scar which has looked much better after using this but also under my eyes and on lips…a little goes a long way it will last a long time and does a fabulous job…great moisturizer but for me it’s helped with healing and for that it’s an A+ for me!
