It Be Like That Sometimes… –
This is a great option for an easy way to get magnesium in your body. It’s pharmaceutical grade so it’s very pure and potent. Make sure to read the instructions on how to dilute it for sensitive skin if need be. I love how versatile it is and it comes with a nice sprayer you can choose to attach to it. No noticeable odor and no irritation to note. I was interested to see it can even be used as a deodorant!

I take magnesium supplements for leg cramps, but I decided to add this to my bedtime routine to see if it might help. First off, it comes in a nice box with plastic packaging. Inside is the bottle and the sprayer. Easy to assemble. The magnesium oil has no odor (I was surprised and I think I would like it even better if it added a lavender essential oil to it). It’s not very “oily” and once rubbed in didn’t seem to rub off on anything. I feel like I am sleeping a bit better, too!

I purchased this spray as I had been experiencing issues falling asleep, staying asleep, and feeling rested in the mornings. This issue had been occurring for about two weeks when I decided to try the magnesium spray. I have been using it consistently for 5 days now and have never slept better. I wake up in the mornings feeling rested, even when I did not sleep the full 8hrs. I cannot recommend this product enough.
The spray does leave a residue, even after drying. I have noticed my feet feeling slippery in my shoes at times… though I may have applied too much. However, this is not a dealbreaker for me if it means restful sleep!

I was so excited for this spray! The first night I used it, I instantly noticed better sleep but woke up to a very strong smell from it, not sure if I just needed to rub it in more but there were reviews saying it has no smell but literally if you just sniff the bottle, you’ll smell it…it honestly doesn’t smell the best either!
