I use Quercetin for my dog histamine issues. This brand is affordable and has bromelain in it too . I just started using this a few days ago but its seems pretty good .

I try to keep Quercetin on hand for if I happen to get sick. It helped me get through C last summer (along with other supplements.) I didn’t even get very sick. Now, I’m sick again and I have my Quercitin! It’s a good value for the price, especially when compared to others.

The capsules are easy to swallow. I take them in the morning with breakfast. I am not sure if any results yet, but I have been feeling better since I started them. More functional.
