    This product is everything it says it is, 4 ounces of pure NALT powder. Taken at a dosage of 400mg (which I use less) this bag is enough for 282 doses!

    You will want empty gel caps or other containment medium in order to not taste the powder itself . The powder has a very strong unpleasant taste which lingers a long time, but that just a characteristic of it. It will not work mixing with a drink or with food, it needs to be enveloped.

    I use a scale for accurate measure, but you may use an 1/8 tsp to get roughly 400mg or select your dose based on that.
