    Collagen helps with strengthening and maintaining the health of joints and muscles, but also helps with regulating sugar and blood pressure (who knew). It even helped with maintaining and reducing weight. I was able to wear my old high school jeans, and it seems I am close to being back at my middle school weight. Jackson Memorial Hospital doctors should take note, they don’t know fully how the human body works and it is important one takes absolute control of ones health (I have so much to say but not PG level). Years of trying to figure out ways to control the hypoglycemia, weight, and other bodily issues due to hypothyroid issues and other family inheritance… collagen was the answer. It also helps with hair, nails and skin health. I don’t get scarring as much as I use to and the scars I do get from the garden disappears faster than if I didn’t use this. When combined with vitamin C and glutathione I also notice it cuts down the days of being sick without needing cod liver oil.

    As for the product itself: The pills are easy to swallow and don’t have a smell. This is a massive bottle. I usually take one or two pills a day depending on the season. Now that autumn is here and winter is around the corner, I would take two to three pills. This 730 capsule bottle should last for an entire year when you follow my method.

    My method with taking these: Start the first two weeks taking one pill a day.

    After two weeks of just one pill, increase to two pills a day for the spring and summer months (one pill when you wake up and another pill 6-7 hrs later; I tend to take the first pill at 6am to 11am and the second pill between 4-7pm; this helps the body regulate and digest the pills easily). For the autumn (Fall) and Winter months take 3 pills a day (one in the morning, one afternoon and one in the evening 6-8pm.

    Again, start off slowly so that your body can grow accustom to the formula. You should see results after two months taking them using my method. If I used the directions on the bottle I properly would see results quicker, but it is better to do it slowly to let the body a chance to adjust itself better.
