I have been taking this for about a week now. No fishy burbs. It came with a bonus coupon to get 30% off the next purchase. The label says “heavy metal tested for purity,” so that’s good. I had read a lot about some fish oil supplements being rancid, and that can be bad for you. Okay, so don’t try this at home, my office smells like fish. I actually cut into one of the softgels and also one of the other brand I had been taking. See photo. The Pure Micronutrients brand was clear and smelled like fresh fish, not rancid at all. Thee other brand was yellow and seemed less pure. It did not smell rancid, but it did smell more fishy. I think I’ll stick with this brand. I take and like their vitamin D also.

Easy to swallow, no fishy burps as suggested. I didn’t notice any lemon flavor. There is actually a bit of bitterness on the coating but I don’t notice it much because I tend to put water in my mouth before I put the pill in my mouth. My husband complained of the bitter taste.
I like that the dosage in one pill is the same as what I would get in 3 pills of my generic Costco fish oil.

I bought these to help with a shoulder injury as I read fish oil was great for joint pain. The pills are a bit large but easy to swallow, have no flavor and I have absolutely no fishy burps. I did notice that when I ran out the pain in my shoulder became worse so I bought some more and it has helped.

I’ve been taking fish oil supplements for about 15 yrs and this is one of the best ones I’ve taken.
The capsules have a thick coating so that they don’t burst open when you’re taking them. So no fishy taste or smell.
I like that they’re made with anchovies because smaller fish, like anchovies, are less likely to have contaminates like Mercury or other heavy metals or PCB. And they’re also refind to just to make sure they’re contaminate free.
It says that they’re lemon flavored but I didn’t notice any lemon flavor.
The only thing I would change would be a bottle cap. I would make it flip top cap so that they’re easier to get out.
I’ve found that the easier they are to get out the more likely you are to take them.
This is a quality product and I will buy it again.
