I haven’t taken it long enough to see any benefits, but I take a pea sized amount off the spoon and it kind of taste like black licorice to me. I like that is has a Certificate of Analysis with it.

I’ve just got this and the most annoy part is trying to dissolve this product in my water and I don’t like drinking my water warm! Maybe once I get use to this I’ll update my review but for now I give it 2 stars

I got this shilajit because of social media, sadly, however I’m really happy I did. I’ve been putting it in my morning coffee every day. I’ve heard that it tastes bitter in warm water so I took the warning and have just put in my coffee. I definitely noticed a difference in my energy level, and I’m someone that used to drink 3+ energy drinks a day (don’t do that, it’s terrible). I feel better in general when I use the shilajit. I’d say it’s definitely worth it and one jar easily lasts me month if not more.
