Have been using the Kona Seasalt Magnesium Drops. For couple of months and I think it’s working. Haven’t been waking up as often in the middle of the night with painful leg cramps. Have to remember to take it 2 times a day, but it seems to be helping!

I purchased my first bottle of this solution at the salt factory in Hawaii where it is produced. When I ran out, I wanted to get more and was pleased to see it available through Amazon. I add a ‘squirt’ to my bedtime tea and find that it is a great sleep aid. It helps me fall asleep quickly and remain asleep all night. The next morning I awake rested and refreshed. I bought my first bottle at the Kona Salt Farm; I’m so glad to find it on Amazon. I have been regular and without foot cramps since starting to use it three months ago. I put a dropper full in my water bottle; seems to work much better than a pill. Great product!

Although I take magnesium and potassium daily, I still get leg cramps. Don’t know why. But they still happen. In the middle of the night when I get leg cramps, I rub a dropper full of this onto my skin where the cramp is at and within a minute or so the cramp is gone and I can go back to sleep. Highly recommend

was in Kona Hawaii and forgot to buy while there and found it here so I ordered it so far so good. I get leg spasms and suffer from Asthma so the Magnesium can only help and it being in drop form is supper easy to use.

This is by far the BEST way I have found to consume magnesium. I add it to every bottle or thermos I drink, along with a little pinch of Celtic gray salt. The only way to get your electrolytes as far as I am concerned.
