My doctor recommended this for me after sharing my sleeping patterns. She said it worked for her and I decided to give it a try. One scoop before bed and I have a full night of sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed. I normally wake up groggy but now I wake up and ready to go. I’m 48 and this works wonders. I have a sleep number bed that also monitors my sleep and there is a tremendous difference. My husband gave it a try and one scoop although relaxes him to fall asleep make him feel groggy, so he’s gonna lower his scoop to half and that seemed to work better for him. This is definitely a product to try if you are one who can’t sleep or restless at bed time. Love this stuff!

It works like a gem. It helps to relax you. The flavor I purchased was not my favor but ok.

Flavor needs improved as have tried many Cal-mag and Fizzi-cal and Cal-fizz products in the correct ionic 40-60 ratio for magnesium and calcium to be properly absorbed and not cause more problems to help migraine, stress and insomnia management and prevent bone wasting. Trace mineral profile needs more added of the known ones to absorb better like Boron, Selenium etc. The amounts of B12 needs reduced drastically as many use this product to sleep and Bs in high doses keep you awake and stimulated!! Suggest you offer a separate product as suggested targeted for migraine, stress and sleep support in same basic packaging at same price level as costs will be basically the same that touts improved trace up-take mineral profile and reduced B-12, Add aB-5 and several other Bs in less than megadose like 50% USRDA and you will have a market winner once taste is improved and add pleasant mild color like raspberry tint or similar color. There are many searching for superior moderate cost superior products that are optimally configured for common and increasing problems. I cant take this after half way through my day. Most won’t complain or say this but instead just find a better product. But I believe in helping the underdog become a market segment leader.

This product seems to have gone through at least three formula changes.
The original version of this flavor was awesome. You could add a scoop to the raunchiest green smoothie, and the bitterness of the greens was removed, and it tasted fantastic.
The second version was vile. It was undrinkable.
There may have been a version just after that one that was only slightly better.
This one, complete with new label, is the closest it has come to the original version of this flavor. It’s not perfect, and it won’t take the bitterness out of other things you might add to it, but it’ll work.
Unless you’re drinking this alongside a meal, I personally think that the fat-soluble vitamins are wasted. To me, it should be the minerals and some water-soluble vitamins, make it fizzy and good, and use it in a water bottle.
I’ve hosted a Health radio show in OKC for 18 years, and used to have this company on back in the day. They’ve historically been a solid brand, and their other products are also worth checking out.
I give the original formula 5-stars.
The one or two versions that followed get zero stars.
This one is far better than the middle versions, but it doesn’t get to five stars yet. Give it three and a half. Good enough to use every day, though.

I read up on magnesium after seeing it listed as one of the supplements recommended for people with pre-diabetes. My blood glucose has been elevated since a distal pancreatectomy 6 years ago, and last summer it began to get dangerously high, way too close to diabetes. As soon as I saw the symptoms of magnesium deficiency, I knew this was at least part of my problem – I’ve been troubled by cramps in my feet and calves, especially at night, for some time now. But not any more. After starting to take a daily dose of this product, I’m sleeping through the night, with no muscle aches or cramps at all, and just generally feel a lot better (perhaps just due to getting more sleep – who knows?). The taste is quite tart, but otherwise not bad, and it grows on you. It’s certainly a lot more pleasant than swallowing a handful of pills. It’s rich in vitamin B12 as well as magnesium and contains lesser amounts of a number of other important vitamins and minerals.
Whether it will also help my blood glucose readings, I don’t know. But it should. I’m tossing out my other supplements, just taking this and New Chapter Every Woman II Multivitamins, 96 Count, and hoping for the best the next time my blood glucose is tested, in early March. (Will try to remember to come back to this review and give the magnesium supplement the credit if the results are good.)
P.S. (Three months later). My blood glucose readings are a bit lower – not really that much, but I’ve been feeling great for the past three months too and think taking this supplement may have something to do with it. More important, I find the longer I take this, the more I really like its taste. I drink a glass of it with lunch each day and never get tired of it, though normally I dislike flavored drinks and stick with unsweetened coffee, water, herbal teas and V8 juice.

A friend of mine brought this with her on a girls trip and we tried it. She was raving about how amazing it made her feel. My other friend ended up getting one and so did I after we tried it on our trip.
I’m a light sleeper. Its hard for me to even go to sleep. After taking this an hour before bed, I’ve felt so relaxed and wake up feeling refreshed.
The flavor is decent. Its got more of a “tang” to it and the orange isn’t all the prevalent but I can drink it easy. It does have citric acid in it so if you are sensitive to that or get frequent heartburn you may need to take something along with it to help quell that burn. (I take Prevacid at night so that helps)
I’m about a week in on using this drink mix supplement and so far I like it well enough to keep using it.
