I took some generic vitamin A and my night blindness had much improved. Ran out of it, and it worsened. So I got this brand, and instead of improving… It stayed the same?
My friend also wanted eyesight support and also started taking this, sharing my bottle. His own got worse….
If I can remember what brand that generic was. Swanson, maybe? Seems I bought from the store, not Amazon, so I can’t check but one thing I do know is – I’m not continuing with this one!!!
