I’m a dancer and have been having problems with cramps in my feet. Last blood work showed low potassium. So, I turned to Pure Encapsulations because I like the brand. I take 2 a day and have been doing better. Probably need 3, but we’ll see.

I used Twin Labs Liquid Potassium for many years because it didn’t upset my stomach, and then suddenly it was off the market. I had to start looking for something else. I tried a few brands, didn’t work because of stomach upset, then I found this. Success! It’s great, no problems at all, in fact I think I like it better than I did TL. Highly recommend.

I’ve had issues with my electrolytes since forever. With this supplement, my levels stay healthy and I don’t even have the cramping (yes, including menstrual cramping) that I once had. My whole body feels better when I take these.
I wish Pure brands weren’t so much more expensive than their competition, though I can see why due to their quality.
