First to explain, I can’t give complete information about the effectiveness right away. Supplements and vitamins take a while to take effect. If I notice a difference right away, I’ll mention it. I also take supplements so these might work WITH what I’m taking.
Big gummies and two months worth, so that’s a plus. I’m not always sure about making gummies bigger. Kind of defeats the purpose, but then, I also don’t have to take multiple gummies. So it’s a balance.
Very citrusy tasting. Vegan. I did notice that I did feel really relaxed after taking these. A good sign. Take them before going to bed. Better than melatonin.
So, it seems to work although again, I do take other supplements, so this may assist in what I’m already taking.
Would recommend, though.

The waxy texture grosses me out (I would not call these “gummies”), but the taste isn’t bad, and they improve my sleep, so I am reordering them.

I like magnesium because it helps me to relax and fall asleep easily.
Please read below as far as my reasoning for trying alternative solutions. Always check with your primary care physician.
As, I age I feel more aches and pains that I hope this will alleviate or soften the effects of growing old. I also take prescription, traditional, prescribed medicine. I want to try some of these natural and other nontraditional methods. I was advised by the doctor not to mix the two. However, my plan is to give natural products a try. My method is to take tradition medicines on a twelve-hour basis. Then take natural medicine on the in-between 6 hours basis. I will need to get up during the night to take the natural medicines but I am awake periodically during the night.
These natural medicines are mostly unregulated. So, I look for supplements and vitamins that are GMP (General Manufacturing Procedure) accredited. I also check for third party testing. Additionally, I prefer supplements and vitamins made and manufactured in the USA, Canada and Europe.
I recommend to look for this statement or one like it in any product you select:

These gummies are a bit different than most other gummy supplements that I have taken. They are a bit larger, and quite a bit softer. I would call them soft chews, rather than gummies. They taste great and are easy to chew, so I am much happier with them than many of those others which can be far too chewy.
