Great product for anxiety and depression – Prior to taking this I was often having a hard time functioning due to anxiety and depression and thought of getting prescription drugs, which have their drawbacks for sure and in the past had been too much for me.
Within 36 hours of taking this I had relief – SO much better!. I have taken it for a month for anxiety and bad dreams etc and it really helps get me to sleep and I don’t wake up in a panic (though I still do wake up sometimes, but normally). I am much calmer and my mood is generally better. I take just a 1/4 tsp with warm water right before going to sleep. I also take an antacid and a little food with it as it can cause me heartburn. I was also taking it in the morning but found it made me sleepy later in the day, but when I had rough days it was helpful.
Everyone is different, but start at a small dose. It does not entirely remove symptoms, but makes life a whole lot better and I am able to better tackle things I found overwhelming before. At first it gave me a minor headache, which it now does not. It also can act as a laxative if you take too much. And it caused me some heartburn, hence the antacids. Minor side effects for something safe (according to all the research online) that has worked for me better than all the numerous supplements (theanine, GABA, Holy Basil, etc) I have tried, and also the prescription drugs. Some people it sounds like do better with large amounts, but this is what has worked for me.

I suffer from anxiety attacks and I can feel a noticeable difference when taking this product. The first few times I chalked it up to me just having a good streak of non anxious days, but one night I felt my anxiety coming (palpitations, sweating, racing thoughts) and I drank this and it immediately went away. It’s weird to say but this just makes me feel normal. Not that fatigued, Xanax type of relaxed but just calm and normal.
I’ve been taking it for a month and it has made a huge difference already in my quality of life and sleep. My thyroid is all over the place which also contributed to my random panic and anxiety attacks and since drinking this it has almost gone away completely.
I put one scoop in room temperature water and drink it before I sleep on an as need basis. I also take selenium and zinc supplements with it.
So happy I found this supplement

I’ve been using this product for over a year now and it is truly amazing. I only take a scoop before I sleep on an as need basis and it lasts me forever which justifies the price for me. I tried inositol from bulk supplements (since it was so much cheaper) to see if it’d work the same and it did not. I was having a really bad panic attack one night – pounding and fast heart rate and racing thoughts – and a scoop of the bulk supplements inositol did absolutely nothing. A few hours later I used pure encapsulations and my anxiety and palpitations went away in 5 min. I seriously don’t know what I’d do if I never discovered this product. If you suffer from anxiety and panic attacks try this!

I bought this because I suffer from PCOS.
Taste: There is a sweet taste to it where I believe anyone can drink it without a problem. To me it’s like a lightly sweet cake taste. It’s not nasty at all and even if you don’t like sweets it shouldn’t bother you at all. The taste is almost nonexistent.
Measuring

So please be aware it does come with a measuring scoop but you may not see it right away. It may be packed away in the powder. I made the mistake of trying to measure it myself (thinking there wasn’t anything to measure with). I used two spoonfuls the first time and I quickly realized I used too much. I found the measuring cup buried in the powder after the second time.
I think you should take a spoon and dig around in the powder for it. When you hit a hard spot, that will the the plastic measuring spoon.
I say pour at least 3 oz of water into a glass and then put two scoops in and mix for about 10 seconds. It says to do this one to two times daily (which I just realized). I have only done it once a day.
Price: To me I think the price is kind of high but from the looks of the jar, I think the product will last a long time. This company seems to have the purest products from doing my research.

It seemed to have increased my cervical mucous and also seems to be trying slowly to regulate my period.
I also suffer from hirsutism. Maybe I’m dreaming but it seemed to be slow down the hair growth with is a plus. I shaved my legs almost a week ago and it didn’t fully grow back yet. Sometimes, it could grow back the next day. I did use Veet it’s time.
I never had hair on my upper arms until last year. It’s not really noticeable but it’s there. It seems to somehow be disappearing (maybe becoming even lighter).
It seems to really put me more at ease and I do have a great sleep when taking it.
Please only take at least an hour BEFORE you eat or at least two hours AFTER you have had a meal. It says to take in between meals. It will not hurt your stomach but if you eat food and take this right after or you take this and don’t wait an hour… you may have to visit the bathroom a few times. I made that mistake but it has only happened if I didn’t wait to eat or wait two hours after a meal. Other than that, I haven’t had any problems. 🙂
