The bad reviews are people that most likely have not spent time fixing an adrenal issue or other deficiency. You will feel bad if you have not addressed this because your body cannot handle the intense amounts of energy UPPERS in this supplement.
This is not meant to be an end of the day wine down wednesday pill. This is meant to replace coffee, energy drinks, make your brain ELECTRIC!
I have hashimotos, we need certain vitamins at higher levels and have different needs. If you follow an auto immune protocol diet and lifestyle this vitamin will be on your list. Also jarrow nuero omptimizer, Garden of life primal defense ultra, welessentials reduced glutathione, turmeric/ginger, fermented products, and floravital iron. This is all of course after you have done the AIP diet and lifestyle changes, which means you know which foods trigger your auto, what soaps work for you, 5x week exercise, 8 hrs sleep, have had blood tests for all your basic mineral and vitamin deficiencies like selenium, zinc, iron, all the b vits, d vit, calcium and magnesium(so you can sleep good). Had a cortisol spit test 4x in one day (or just follow an adrenal reset program by an functional/naturopathic doctor) taken glandular support with hormones removed.
Only THEN will you see how much this product can help without overloading your burnt out system. This is to help your stress by turning all the stress energy into productive energy. You have to be able to have energy potential first if that makes sense.
side note to PURE, please don’t ever stop producing this arrangement, as it makes it so i don’t have to buy at least 5 different bottles to have quite a few things necessary for AIP in on bottle.

I really like this supplement. I was taking something similar to this for several years, but the formulation changed and it wasn’t working as well. I switched to this brand and can most certainly feel a difference. I find this helps me minimize my REACTION to stress. Generally when I’m overwhelmed I find I can come completely unglued in a few minutes and watch the day spiral out of control. This seems to make me feel like I can handle situations that would normally drive me over the edge. It’s strange because I don’t feel tired when I take this, and my head is clear, I’m just calmer overall. (The previous supplement calmed me down, but to the point of sleepiness and/ or fatigue). It also seems to help underlying anxiety and worry about things that can go wrong. That being said, it’s not a miracle supplement, but combined with stress reduction techniques and regular exercise I can feel a significant difference. (I tried to stop taking it for a week to see if it was psychosomatic, but my husband asked me to start again. Apparently it keeps the crazy wife/ mom in me at bay). I will definitely continue on this product!

Definitely recommend if you experience “hangxiety”, these totally wipe that away creating a very calm headspace. The pills are rather large though and don’t have an appealing taste

Please do not let this review deter you from trying this product. We’re all unique. I think you owe it to yourself to try it and if it doesn’t work out, so what? At least you know.
It may work for you so please give it a try. Pure Encapsulations products are of very high quality. It just didn’t work for me. It made me more irritable and stressed. It made my headaches worse. I have an autoimmune condition so I’m a serious case and it’s chronic. But if you’re mostly healthy and are just purchasing this for health preventative care, then it may work for you.

I wasn’t so sure this could actually help me with stress relief, but I am finding that my mood, energy, and the feeling of the weight of the world isn’t always on my shoulders anymore. I still have the same workload as before I was taking this, and the same high pressure situations needed at home and work, and am grateful this has helped to regulate my stress levels. I take it with each meal.

I have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis; among the huge array of symptoms that are often present with this autoimmune disease are anxiety and depression. I find often that I can cry at the drop of a hat and I seem to be unable to handle day to day stressors with life. I started to take this supplement 2 weeks ago and I find that I don’t cry every day – while this may be an overly simplistic statement – it makes me a happier person – I have tried antidepressants – they made me feel worse and exaggerated the feelings that made me sad to begin with; I chose the Pure Encapsulations brand as while they are a bit more expensive I believe that they are purer and have better quality control. While I certainly don’t expect people to drop their legitimate use and resultant benefits for prescription medications – for me it worked and I hope it can help others.
