These are a life saver!! I am 38 years old having been on birth control many years and it controlled my estrogen levels, after having children chose a permanent form of birth control but without something to help with my estrogen levels, they were out of control!! I’m 35 and not married. I started to have hormonal cystic acne on my face at 30 which was very disappointing. Although I resisted antibiotic use for 3 years, in the end I tried but of course the result didn’t change. With the antibiotic load and some wrong nutrition (tofu-soya) my estrogen load increased and I had to have ovarian cyst removal operation. Then I learned to know my body more and helped my body to get rid of estrogenic toxins by exercise, good sleep and correct nutrition. They all helped but not as much as dim pro 100 could do. After the usage (twice daily) it helped the cystic ones to come out and then the acne started to disappear, no cystic painful acnes any more. I feel very healthy and happy in general too. It regulates the hormones as well I think.

My dr switched me to this recently from the other DIM brand I was using and was a little skeptical but honestly within a couple weeks have noticed a huge difference.

As with all supplements, start low and slow. If your having trouble controlling your E2 on Testosterone therapy this is an all-natural option that may work for you as it did for me. If your Dr prescribed you testosterone without checking your Sensitive E2, get a new doctor! Aromatase Inhibitors can come with a lot of side effects. Exhaust natural plant-based option here. Anyone experiencing Estradiol levels out of range should give this a try. I believe the price is worth the quality and effectiveness.

Started to notice some reactions when taking this product:
-Dry and itchy skin
-Upset Stomach
-Headache
-Body aches and pain, flu/fever like
Symptoms were gradual so I decided to take another look at the ingredients. Other reviewers brought to my attention that Phosphatidylchloline is most likely SOY, of which I’m highly allergic to. It’s a shame this product contains a major allergen as I personally feel it actually does work for estrogen control.

This was recommended by a friend for my intense hot flashes. I had a sudden onset of sweat-through-your-clothes type hot flashes and was so desperate for some relief that I immediately ordered this at her suggestion and, wow, I had no idea it would be so effective. After only a few doses, I haven’t had a single hot flash. Not one.

I was using Pure Encapsulation’s DIM, this product, to help with estrogen dominance symptoms. My symptoms were very obvious and this product was helping. I ran out though and as they are very expensive I ordered a different brand of DIM from a brand whose products are also good–no fillers, no GMOs, etc. Wow! My symptoms came back full force. So I ordered these again from PE and within a day of resuming taking these, symptoms had subsided almost by bout 95% No comparison and no brainer for me on which one I should buy! I am sold on this product and will continue taking for as long as I need to–and can afford them! 🙁

I take 1 pill every morning. Came to learn about DIM because I have fibroids and endometriosis. My fibroids were growing rapidly, this DIM seemed to slow it down until I just recently was able to have the Acessa surgery to address them. I will continue to take 1 per day since I am know to have estrogen issues.
