I’ve tried a number of different brands, so far this is best. I don’t know how bad the sunflower oil is for me, but at least, NO SOY! So for now, I recommend it

Good product and ingredients. Maybe my eyes are getting bad. Beta Carotene usually improves my eyesight.

My 23andMe genetic testing revealed the need for me to discontinue all supplements that contained zinc. To have continued taking zinc would have created a significant possibility of contracting macular degeneration, which my father had for many years before he died. With this information in hand, my doctor told me to take this Beta Carotene supplement to protect my eyesight. I take 1 capsule twice a day with food.
Today’s update May 24: when I wrote the review on March 13, I knew I had a floater in my left eye. Today, 10 weeks later, I’m very happy to report that the floater seems to have completely vanished. My vision is no longer impacted by tiny flashes of light, and I give all of the credit to the Beta Carotene.
