i take several supps, so it’s difficult to isolate the effect of one; therefore i can’t really comment on the effectiveness. my big issue is that the capsules have a terrible smell and taste, in spite of having a distant “use by” date. i get around it by taking with a thick juice to mask the taste. will not buy again.

I started using this and noticed that not only did I feel like I had better results from my workouts, I had more energy during the day. Also, I would wake up refreshed and alert instead of groggy. I took half in the morning and the other half before bed.
