This toner is lightweight and refreshing. It is good to use after cleanser and before using serum. My skin feels fresh and has no sticky feelings after use.

This is a watery toner (a consistency I like), that has a nice smell and feels refreshing at first. It has a lot of ingredients I usually look for as well, which is why I got it. I usually love rose water and witch hazel as a combination. Unfortunately, shortly after the refreshing feeling I get a burning sensation from it. I’ve tried it several times over a few weeks, at different times of day and with different face washes first, but every time it burns. Unfortunately this product is just not for me, even though I can’t find anything on the ingredients list that should cause that kind of irritation.

Even though this is suggested to be a toner before moisturizer, I can just use it alone and still get a nice hydrating finish. The scent is minimal, and dries down quickly. The real treat is the bottle. It has a second leak-proofing remedy in the form of a latch to cover the hole before you screw the cap back on. This makes it so much nicer to travel with this without worrying the giant cap won’t loosen up and leak everywhere. I wish other companies would do this!

This toner is a little bit different because it combines a toner with the properties of a serum. Normally, I use a cotton pad to apply toner, but with this one they recommend just dispensing some into your palm and pressing into your face, neck and chest. The consistency is watery, so it has to be done carefully. I’ve been applying this right after washing my face, while my skin is still damp. It really helps lock in moisture after cleansing. It feels very refreshing and calming. While this is called “Rose Daily Moisturizing Toner Lotion”, it does not have a noticeable rose scent. The toner absorbs quickly leaving my skin feeling hydrated and fresh; there’s no residue or stickiness. Once it’s been absorbed, I go ahead and apply my moisturizer. I really like that this combines two steps – toning and serum in one. Great product!

I’ve only been using this for about a week, but I really like it so far. I use it in the morning after my shower, along with a serum and my moisturizer, which I add castor oil to. I have combination skin that leans more heavily toward the dry side, so anything that adds extra moisturization is a win for me. I do think this is helping even out my tone, and it smells delightful. The plastic cap under the screw-on lid tries to fully escape the bottle every time I open it, but that’s the only tiny inconvenience. I plan on making this a permanent addition to my skincare routine.

This is a good toner. It is well packaged with a cap and additional stopper preventing leaks. It removes makeup my remover and face wash miss and doesn’t cause my skin any irritation or redness. It is a bit pricey but leaves my skin feeling and looking clean and refreshed!

This Purceri rose moisturizing toner lotion is nice.
It absorbs quickly into my skin. I have not noticed a difference in my skin, and it does not cause any irritation or problems. I will continue to use it.
It is not oily or greasy residue left behind.
It makes my skin clearer with good hydration. I recommend it.

I love this toner and so does my dry skin! It’s easy to use and absorbs well. It leaves no greasy residue and causes no irritation or redness. It does the opposite. This is a moisturizing, calming toner that feels great upon application! My skin drinks it up and my face looks soft, plump and glowing. It’s paraben and fragrance free, as well as being cruelty-free, which is a must for me! You get a big bottle that will last at a fair price. I think this will play well with sensitive skin, which mine can be. Highly recommended!
