Resveratrol had been part of my daily supplement regimen for years. After some additional research a couple years ago, I switched to trans-PteroStilbene. The batch of daily supps and vitamins I take seems to be doing what I expect. At almost 70 years old, I still have a lot of stamina, vitality and mental acuity. I still work full time, and enjoy what I’m doing. When desired, I can still get by on very little sleep, including all-nighters doing urgent work projects or inspired personal projects. My health is good, I’m rarely sick. I’m sure PteroStilbene contributes to that. I can’t say with certainty that Relentless Improvement brand is the best, but it does seems to work well, and — important to me — the presentation of the company as being small, USA-based, and very dedicated to highest quality is strong selling point that garners trust. I’ve bought their PteroStilbene twice now, even though some other brands are less expensive. From me, so far, Relentless Improvement products are recommended.

Haven’t used this long enough to judge effectiveness. Taking pterostilbene on the recommendation of my primary care MD to hopefully lower cholesterol without resorting to statin drugs which have bad side effects

I’ve been taking a combination of pterostilbene and nicotinamide riboside for inside of five months … I think less even, perhaps … and I have not FELT any different, but there have been some jaw dropping results. I don’t know which supplement is responsible, but have I ever got a tale to tell. The less amazing result was a pretty drastic drop in the LDLs of my last blood lipid profile from around 100 to 66, and a modest increase in my HDLs from around 35 to 40. I’ve done nothing else that could reasonably result in such a change, and I have been taking a statin (atorvastatin) and megadoses (about 1500 mg)of buffered niacin for many years with some good results, but nothing like this. But the REALLY amazing thing is what happened after I laid down about 2700 lbs of topsoil, sand and manure on my backyard garden manually from waist high level. 57 bags weighing between 45 and 50 lbs I laid down, half expecting to either hurt my back (I’ve had back problems for many years) or else end up basically unable to get out of bed the next morning. Now, I’m 63 years old, and I haven’t worked that hard, I think, in almost 30 years. I expected to suffer from all that work, and of course when I finished I was dead tired and even wobbly on my feet. I awoke feeling only slight stiffness, no soreness at all. The next day, when I expected to be more stiff and quite sore instead the stiffness was gone and still no soreness. Mind you, I don’t work out much and I’m really not in great shape, so this to me seems well nigh impossible.

I am a nurse, with two science degrees, and love researching health issues and the supplements I can take that may enhance my overall well being and longevity. I have been taking this product for about 6 months now, and I do feel more energy. I do not get the flu shot and believe this supplement, in conjunction with others I take, has kept me from getting sick, even after continued exposure to countless sick people day after day, while my colleagues drop like flies even though they get the flu shot. I eat organic, pasture raised, high fat, low carb. I guess it is a paleo/keto kind of diet, but even still we are exposed to so much pollution and toxicity in our modern environment I feel like I need all the help I can get. Pterostilbene, along with Nicotinamide Riboside and Quercetin have been shown to be very beneficial for mitochondrial health and overall well being, and may contribute to living a longer, healthier life. I think it’s worth taking.

So far so good, but it’s hard to tell if any supplement works without a drastic change. I take it as a preventative, so the only change would have to be negative. That hasn’t happened yet, so I can only say so far so good! I’ll update if anything negative happens.

I am taking a range of supplements for about two years and recently replaced reveratrol with this one : the change it made, to me at least, is extraordinary and hard to put in words. My mental sharpness and energy level has increased dramatically, I feel I can get double if not triple the things done during an average work day. Currently, I handle several projects at the same time that have sprung up in den last couple of weeks due to own initiative and “ideas”. My creativity and energy level has spiked and I don’t remember having this type of energy since I was in my mid twenties .
I am pretty sure it is the supplement, as I have not changed anything else on diet or physical activity. Taking this in conjunction with tru niagen and a couple of other supplements (quercetin , vitamin d , astaxanthin during daytime ) and combine a second pill with berberine and tru niagen at night . The change this one “switch” from high quality (98 percent purity resveratrol) to this supplements made is absolutely mind-blowing to me at 40 years of age. The reason I believe there is such a huge difference is the much higher bioavailability and half life of Pterostilbene vs Resveratrol, and I wish I would have known about that earlier. I rarely if ever write reviews on Amazon, but this one is worth it . It might not work for everyone, maybe you need to combine with other supplements as I do , but it’s definitely working for me
