I tried this in the past and it seemed to work pretty well. Maybe they changed their formulation? Beats me. It was unavailable for a while. When it reappeared on my reorder list, I opted to try it again, mainly because I’d only need to take 2 caps (according to manufacturer’s suggested use/dosage), so in the long run, more convenient, less expensive. WRONG. You NEED to take a MINIMUM of FOUR caps/day to notice ANY difference, beyond added bloat it creates. I thought this would be easier and save me money in the long run. It’s MORE costly than the generic brands of psyllium husks caps and far less effective. SAVE YOUR MONEY

These capsules are great but beware that when packaging the items for delivery they don’t always send the correct quantity. Description is 2 X 250 bottles total of 500 capsules. I only received 1 bottle. Am posting this review so hopefully they don’t keep making the same mistake.
