This is a great daily vitamin. My optometrist advised I start taking AREDs vitamins because I have a family history history of macular degenaration. So far this along with a few other Areds supplements I have been easy to swallow or chew. And I feel much healthier

Seller shipped very quickly but after a week it does not seem like the pills are having the effect needed. He says they are easy to swallow and he’s not having any adverse/allergy effects from the pills.
