I’ve never taken vitamins in a gummy form before. I have to say, this is a huge improvement.
I have a lot to say about these KETO ACV gummy‘s, but as for how well they work, that’s a long-term game that I won’t be able to answer for quite a while, or if ever.
I decided to order these because I’ve been doing some research. I’ve suffered from fatigue for quite a while. I’ve also struggled with getting lightheaded when I stand up, occasional shortness of breath and numbness or tingling in my fingers. I also feel like I’ve been confused and having some pretty severe memory loss lately. I had been suffering pretty severely from insomnia and my doctor said that that was the cause of the majority of it. An issue with one of the discs in my back from about seven years ago and sciatic nerve problems was supposed to be the cause of the tingling in my fingers. It seem to make sense at first, but just didn’t really add up long-term. I for the most part have cured my insomnia, and nothing has changed. I did some research and found out that a vitamin B12 deficiency can be a cause for almost every one of those symptoms. I decided I needed to try some vitamin B12.
These particular gummy‘s also have apple cider vinegar in them, which I know is good as an anti-inflammatory and also helps to prevent kidney stones. That made them even more appealing to me. The advertisement also states that they have pomegranate in them and I just like the flavor of pomegranate. When I first opened the bottle, you could certainly smell the vinegar so I thought these were going to taste horrible. I have to say I tried them, and they taste really good.
It’s hard to tell if vitamins really ever do anything positive for you. If so, it’s a six or 12 month cycle before you know. That makes it difficult to give these a star rating. Based on the taste, and the presumption that they will be beneficial and do what they are supposed to, I’m giving these a five star rating. That’s the best I am able to do with my current information. If anything causes me to think differently, I will come back and update this review.

Kelly should be more careful of what she recommends. I’ve changed my eating habits to healthier, smaller portions, increased water intake, & having a more active lifestyle. I am taking this as directed but haven’t lost a single pound of weight. This is a very expensive gummy bear candy that does nothing towards weight loss! Save your money!!! It’s all BS hype to give you hope & steals your hard earned money!!! Zero stars is too many
