To be truthful, both my husband and I use these Men’s Guard pads. They work great for him and no leaks that lead to changing clothing all the time. As for me, a female, and being incontinent at times myself, I found that female pads just weren’t doing the job. I turn the guard around, where the wide part is at the front. It works well and leaks are few and far between. We buy them by the case. Sounds strange, but it is the best find for myself that I have ever discovered.

So had prostate cancer that needed surgery its gift to me, a few years of steady decline in piss retention. So I was in need to use ever increasing absorbency pads and these worked great but could be a bit wider and not as deep,they also are bulky but that bulk saved my patoot a few times. A guy’s johnson goes left or right more then up and certainly not down to his pooper lol. Just finished surgery to stop the steal er ah that was another cancer, I meant, leaking. Its working and I am not polluting the environment as much. They hold a lot. A good product but its not cheap, recommended.

First off the value you get, for the amount you get is great. After a few months of using, they fit great and hold a surprising amount. The adhesive tape always holds. Would not mind if the pad was a bit longer.

These will leak if you push them too far—for me I oftentimes find myself doing the dance in the last couple of minutes before I arrive at home. I’ve found it helpful to install these while I’m on my lunch break from work—they are comfortable, but I walk a lot at work, so all day wear just creates a lot of friction, so half a day is what I can handle. They unsurprisingly cannot handle a full void experience, but positioned well, it’ll handle taking pressure off your bladder if you find yourself in traffic or running more errands than you’d planned, or if you just thought you’d be able to handle holding it instead of going before leaving work. Again, if you use them for lighter moments, you’re gonna be protected, but for my part, I wouldn’t trust these while wearing light pants or for big rushes. The fit is great—with my undergarments, the cup shape helps create a sort of cup in the pad to make things more effective.
