This Two Peas Organics – All Natural Organic SPF 50 Sunscreen Lotion is a nice sunscreen lotion for kids. The lotion is fairly easy to apply but it’s a bit greasy at first. My three year old has dry and sensitive skin, this sunscreen works great for him. I have no complaints.

The cream too thick and can’t absorb to skin. ( I used in hot and humid weather)

I’ve tried mineral sunscreens before and they tend to leave a white residue behind and are thicker than other sunscreens. However, I am not crazy about this one.
It is watery at first and then thick and pasty. It goes on white but when rubbed in it absorbs easily. It is easy to spread and rub in but feels like Vaseline going on. Once it is rubbed in, it leaves my skin feeling like it has a protective barrier on it and is moisturized but also greasy. It also provides good coverage. Although this is scentless, the ingredients have their own scent that I do not care for. It almost smells like clay. The active ingredient is zinc oxide 25%.
Ordinarily I love mineral sunscreens but it is the consistency and feel of this, along with the slight ingredient odor, that does not WOW me.
The current price of $17.99 for 3 ounces is competitively priced.

Me gusta que es limpio en sus ingredientes y que puedes esparcirlo muy bien, lo único malo es que batallas para quitarlo cuando baño al niño

I like that this sunscreen is mineral-based as I prefer not to use harsh chemical-based sunscreen on my kiddos. This one is very thick and takes a bit of work to rub in, but it does the trick. It does come out of the tube a bit separated – the instructions say to squeeze the tube a bit to mix separation before squeezing out of the tube, however, I found that to be basically impossible with a full tube. Maybe that will become easier as I use more of the tube. I did not have to use a ton to get good coverage on my kids, but as with any thick mineral-based product, it took a lot longer to apply evenly, but worth it to be able to avoid using chemical sunscreen on their sensitive skin.

The top of the tube says to massage the tube before every use. I did. It didn’t help, lol. The stuff came out very separated! It started with very liquid oily part (which made a a mess), and then proceeded to super hard white cream. I had to just mix it in my hands. That is definitely not an easy application! Other than that, though, this sunscreen absorbed rather fast (which is important as I don’t want my babies to accidentally put it in the mouth!). I didn’t feel any particular fragrance. It did a good job protecting from the sun.

This is a nice non-irritating mineral sunscreen that I feel comfortable using on my small children. It does have quite a bit of separation which makes it a little difficult to use. However, once I get it all worked into my hands, it spreads nicely. It does feel tacky/greasy for a while, but that doesn’t seem to bother my kids at all. It provides great protection from the sun as we haven’t experienced any sunburns after playing at the playground for an hour.

The sunscreen is in a travel-sized bottle (84g). The cream is pretty thick and need effort to push it out. My kid doesn’t like it, but it works good for my body. I feel safe and secure from the sun by wearing this, but just a little too much for my face.
