I love this sunscreen! As far as I’m aware, these ingredients are amazing and actually help with protection from the sun. I am all about non toxic ingredients in my products, but I still believe that the sun can do significant damage if you’re not careful (yes, vitamin D is important, but so is protecting yourself from cancer 😐)
I’m pretty fair skinned and don’t have an issue with a white cast except for near my hair line if I don’t get it in all the way. My partner is darker than me, but not by too much and he does get a bit of a white cast
It does make my skin feel a little dewey but I honestly like it that way. I only hate that it takes a long time to settle in. 45-60 minutes later the residue does come off on the phones I answer at work. but it does go away by mid day
I recently took a trip to Disneyworld in Florida and it was hotttt. I used this for my face and arms. Left without any tan line or sun burn!! I did make sure to re apply it a few times tho, as recommended. I didn’t feel sticky with it one while we were out there, but my partner says it made him feel sweaty. At first it definitely is but that goes away (for me) minutes after rubbing it in

This product is fantastic. I did not burn even after being in the sun for long periods of time. I did reapply but not as often as I thought. The tan I did get was more golden and not dull. It is thick and you’re going to have to make an effort to rub it in. I’m medium brown and it didn’t leave a white cast if I continued to rub it in but my husband, who is darker complected, had a white cast. It wasn’t horrible but it was there. The better you rub it in the less you’ll notice the cast. You’re also going to have to put in an effort in the shower…scrub hard or double cleanse. The good outweighs the bad for us in this case and
I was happy I wasn’t a victim of the Caribbean sun this year!

I am allergic to sunscreens, apparently – annoying. This one has only a few ingredients, nothing weird and chemically, no need to cross-reference every incomprehensible word to see what it is and how it might mess up my face. Because zinc sits on top of the skin, it isn’t an irritant, but effectively reflects the sun – great. I tried Badger a long time ago when my kids were tiny and to be honest I didn’t like it enough to repurchase. I found it chalky and hard to spread. But someone recommended I try it again and I did, mainly because I couldn’t find anything else like it (most of the zinc formulas have a bunch of other weird stuff in them). Badger must have improved the formula in the years since because it’s great now. It leaves no cast (granted, I am fair-skinned) and it feels wonderful. It’s slick in a nice way and feels *almost* greasy but it doesn’t leave any shine and actually works really well as a primer under foundation. I love it so much. It’s one of those products where I feel motivated to write a review so that enough people buy it that it doesn’t get discontinued (ie this review is self-serving). So get yourself some Badger spf, please 😉

First time trying this sunscreen and its very good. After getting tired of all the crappy sunscreens at stores like cvs walmart etc i tried this one due to the organic ingredients and zinc and its very good. Only complaint is that the tube is kinda small so it runs out kinda fast if you’re frequently outside. Would give 5 stars if it was a little bigger

I really enjoy this sunscreen. It’s not completely plastic free as it comes with plastic seal but I’m not complaining. It’s soooo much better then 90% of what is out there. That being said, the tin is easy to open while compact but still big enough you get a generous amount of product for the price. This would be super easy for carry on only plane travel or just to throw in a purse for daily carry.
Just some things to note, I have extremely sensitive skin. This sunscreen does not bother my sensitive skin. It is completely fragrance free. Has minimal ingredients, and is one of the safest for you and for the environment on the market. I did my research before purchasing. That all being said. I really like this. It’s a hydrating formula some have called it greasy and I don’t quite agree with that. Having used this all over my body as well as tested for regular day wear with no makeup and under makeup as well as a hot day of theme park and water park direct in the sun. And numerous hours of mowing in the direct sun. It’s definitely heavier on the skin but it spreads well and in my opinion it rubs in well and the white cast in minimal. Under makeup it can be a bit heavy but the trick is to give it plenty of time to absorb. This sunscreen is very hydrating and always leaves my skin super soft. I have never been burned when using it. My friend even snatched some from me at the water park and she loved. Said it really made her skin soft. I call the finish luminous as it is made with oils but not so shiny that it’s greasy. My acne prone skin has never broken out because of it. I use it frequently now especially as summer activities are in full swing and I need to protect my fair skin. It’s also a pretty affordable option.

The tip of my nose get so burnt. I also have to wear a mask at work and with a burnt nose I would be in pain. This product saved me. It’s not oily and very effective.

I live in Florida & the UV rays are super intense. I have an olive tone skin but still burn if I don’t have proper sun protection. What I really like about this sunscreen is it lasts for hours after properly applied, & even after going in the salt water of the Gulf of Mexico. Yes, it’s thick & takes time to apply & leaves a slight white residue. Would you prefer the alternative of using inferior sunscreens with carcinogens in the ingredients & burn & get skin cancer?????
