They made this product literally so easy to use. It formed very well to my mouth and is super comfortable to sleep in. I highly recommend this product if you clench or grind your teeth at night!!!

First of all their enclosed instructions say to remove the “tab” on the product. There is no tab. But most important this item IS NOT RETURNABLE. This should be stated either by the seller or amazon more clearly prior to purchasing. Waste of my money. The mouth guard is too big even in the small size. Do not waste your money.

Got this because I grind my teeth in my sleep and it’s effecting my dental health. The mouth guard is comfortable and fits with very little adjustments. I like that it’s thinner than my old mouth guard I tried before. Can’t wait to sleep without a sore jaw, and no more grinding teeth!

The quality and thickness of this mouth guard is excellent. It comes with several different sizes to choose from. The case is also very nice and makes storage easy.
Following the instructions on how to form the mouth guard was simple and after a few seconds, I was able to comfortably form the night guard.
Overall, the value for your money is extremely good.

I really liked the different sizes of mouth guards and how easy it was to mold them to my teeth. The instructions are really easy to follow and I had no trouble at all. Just to see the difference between the small and the large, I placed them in hot water one at a time and both were easy to mold. I did end up using the small one, but cutting the larger one to fit to my mouth and that was super easy to do. The main point is that these were super cheap compared to the dentist ones that I got for almost $300 and they broke. The case is also a perfect add on and both the large and small guard fit nicely.

I bought these because I was clenching my jaws in my sleep. After heating the trays in warm water, they molded very easily and comfortably to my teeth. I do wish they stayed put better, as it is very easy for the retainer to fall off my top teeth, and I also wish the front of the retainer were not so thick so my lip doesn’t have to stretch so far to cover it.
