Great! Seems identical to the Bob’s Red Mill version I’ve been buying. Happy with it for my smoothies.

As a vegetarian, I find it difficult to get enough high-quality protein, so I really love Anthony’s Almond Protein Powder. I put it in my morning smoothies and my oatmeal, I use it baking, and in many other things. I love the taste. I love nuts, so I love the delicate nutty flavor of this powder. To me, it’s delicious. (I love the walnut powder, too.)
I trust the Anthony’s brand, and I really appreciate the fact that this powder is non-GMO, all plant-based, and manufactured in the USA. The ingredients seem pure and quite high quality.
I use almond milk, but I feel that doesn’t give me all the nuts I need in one day, so I turn to this almond powder to help fill my needs.
If you like almonds, I think you’ll like this powder. Be assured, the taste isn’t overpowering, however. I think it’s absolutely delicious in oatmeal, and in banana, strawberry, and chocolate smoothies. I don’t use it in my pineapple and mango smoothies, but I certainly think you could use it with any flavor.
This is a fairly large size pack of powder, so to me, I’m getting plenty for my money.
If you’re looking for a good almond powder, I don’t think you can beat Anthony’s.

Very happy with this product, ZERO globs and chunks, blends very well. No weird protein powder taste. Mixed with almond milk and fruit in mini blender and have been the most delicious shakes!!

Very fine pure almond powder. Great flavor. Blends / mixes like a breeze. Best price I’ve found so far…
Packaging kinda sucks. Dump it in a reusable container and ditch the ziplock style bag it comes packaged in. The bag is a nightmare to reseal.

It’s a very good product, and I’ve been happy with the brand. I found myself using less over time because it didn’t really meet my macros. The protein isn’t as high as peptides and it’s a bit heavy on calories.
Good points: blends amazingly well without clumps. No smell, taste is completely undetectable. It’s a great choice for smoothies.

I had thought this was similar to almond milk powder, but it is not. It’s “a base for protein shakes, blend it into smoothie bowls, add it to yogurt, baked goods, protein bars, oatmeals, pancakes and so much more!”. Gee, I see some things I’d like to try it in now that I’ve been using it for my Smoothie Box (chocolate) smoothies exclusively.
There are photos of the packaging on the product page here on Amazon which are clear and easy to read.
I’ve been ordering this since June 2023 and my current order (subscription) arrived recently while the one in the pantry was almost finished. I use it once a day and every-once-in-a-while twice a day in the smoothies. This current order indicated I’ve ordered this 10 times now. The amount I use varies from a modest amount to piled high on a soup spoon.
Before I open the package, I shake it down and then tap on the area where the zipping channel is located.
I do this because the product gets in the zipping channel and makes it difficult to close afterwards. I’m also sure to stand it upright for the same reason. The zipping channel is not closed with the shipping of the product but it is sealed very well otherwise.
I don’t know if I am the only one who experiences this with zipping channels, but for me, they only zip closed best from one side and I never pay attention to which side is the best.
The packaging is thick and well lined to keep the product fresh.
I still look under the bag (the bottom of it) when I open a new one just because.
As a note, the only Smoothie Box Smoothie flavor I buy is chocolate.

For years I used hemp protein because whey protein would always make me feel bloated. Plus, I didn’t want a protein mix that had a ton of sodium since I am watching my levels due to my blood pressure, but I never liked the flavor of hemp. I finally decided to make the switch to almond protein and I’m so glad I did. Even if it is a little low on the protein side, it is high in fiber. It tastes great mixed with fruit and I haven’t had any digestive issues since using this product. Definitely glad I made the switch!

It dissolves fairly easily in hot coffee, which is why I wanted it. If you’ve ever tried whey protein in hot drinks you know it destabilizes into balls of clumpy weirdness. This almond protein is unaffected by heat.
It does settle into fine sediment at the bottom of the cup, but it’s a smooth sediment similar to how hot chocolate settles at the bottom of the mug. Not too bad. I just periodically stir my coffee as I drink it.
Anthony’s almond protein is unsweetened so I’m saved from any nasty chemical aftertaste of stevia or other gross sweeteners. It tastes exactly like chewing a peeled almond— creamy, nutty.
Unfortunately the bag arrived leaking powder due to a minute puncture just below the zipper. I’ve taped the pinhole and cleaned up the dust. Unfortunately the resealable zipper doesn’t work so I have to store it carefully and remember that it must always remain upright inside the new container. A pity.
