I like this supplement. It’s really easy to take, just one capsule, once per day. There’s 60 capsules in the bottle (60 day supply). I like that this supplement comes in a glass bottle as opposed to a plastic bottle. Glutathione is an important antioxidant composed of amino acids and helps deal with oxidative stress and damage from free radicals that can lead to chronic diseases. These bad substances can build up overtime and if they aren’t neutralized they can cause a whole host of issues. Glutathione helps to stop them. It helps detox the body and is great for cognitive function too. I don’t feel any different yet since I have just begun taking this but I do feel like I am doing something good for my health. This brand seems to be high quality and they are tested for purity/quality. They do not add the typical fillers that you normally see, ie magnesium stearate, which is great!

Other supplements like NAC require conversion by the body, but this form is supposed to be readily available. I’m currently detoxing out of a serious mold situation and I feel like this is helping me (but amazon won’t allow me to say what specifically).
I would warn you though, don’t take this in the evening and especially not at night. I took it in the evening one day and couldn’t sleep one night. It’s not as strong as a stimulant like coffee, but it does give a noticeable boost.
I greatly appreciate that this doesn’t have any toxic excipients (mag stearate, titanium dioxide, etc) and that it comes in a high quality glass bottle. It’s more expensive to produce supplements that way, which shows me that the company cares. The brand is trusted as reputable as well and has been around for at least a couple decades. I think the price is fair too.

The expiration, and the lot number, is printed on the bottom of the bottle, and gives 12-2025 for the expiration. I received this 01/2024.
Something you don’t see everyday, the bottle appears to be glass, and the lid appears to be metal. Very old school there, but in a world of plastic, it stands out.
Bottle is double sealed, first with a plastic shrink around the lid, and second with a foam seal over the mouth of the bottle.
There is no noticeable odor from the product.
Product has a “Made in USA” button, with a very tiny “with global ingredients” text under it. Hard to read if you don’t have perfect eyesight. I didn’t dock a star for that, because they at least labeled it.
I am happy to see that they don’t have a cross contamination list on this, and in fact, they list several allergens as NOT being in the product, including my person bugaboo, soy.
Suggested serving size is 1 capsule, so you have a 60 day supply provided.

Although I frequently use them, many supplements have multiple nutrients and try to do too much. This item is one thing. It’s one thing that seems to work really well.
The price is excellent and the company (parent company) is brand I’ve taken frequently and have always been pleased with.
overall I’m very happy with this supplement and believe it has beneficial attributes for me, my liver, and my overall health.

Prominent Nutrition’s S-Acetyl L-Glutathione is non-GMO, made in the USA in a cGMP facility, and 3rd party tested. It is free of gluten, soy, dairy, and nuts, and is packaged in a well sealed amber bottle. My doctor recommended I add glutathione to my regimen, and this form is said to be highly absorbable in the body. With a 1 pill a day dose, this is easy to add to my supplementation. For a 2 month dose, the price seems reasonable. I’m very pleased with this single ingredient addition to my regimen.

This is my second Prominent Nutrition supplement, it’s owned by Solara Labs with trademark in 2003. Solara labs shows direct link to certification for NSF. The pills are easy to swallow and I don’t have any negative side effects. The expiration date is 12/2025 and made in the USA with global source ingredients. This supplement bottle is double sealed and is 3rd party tested, but doesn’t show the test results on the product page nor on their website product page. I also went onto Solara’s website and they don’t post test results either. The reason for the 1 star off is they’ve been in business close to 20 years and they make products for other companies and white label for them… they also claim in house testing of their products…so if they do it in house, why can’t they publish the test results of this supplement. So even if it’s not 3rd party tested…at least show your test results since you are GMP certified factory.

Both seals were broken and you can’t return the bottle for another bottle not worth the risk with everything that’s going on in the world right now! Update they got in touch with me and made things right and now I’m satisfied so I’m changing my review to 4 stars.
