The Johnson’s –
I’m getting older and feeling tired all the time so I bought this product in hopes that I’d feel better, more energetic. Well after eating a whole bottle I feel exactly the same: old and tired, just super low energy. I don’t know if the other so-called-benefits works or not as I’m not having other health or heart issues. There is no taste. Only one capsule per day. The capsule size is good, not like horse pills so very easy to swallow. The capsule seems quality as does the packaging. This is not for me as I don’t feel like it helped my energy level as intended.
Research is my thing –
My husband and I have been fans of ProHealth supplements, a company that has been in business for 30 years. Their products are extremely high quality and we’ve always been impressed. They also publish the world’s biggest newsletters for Fibrmyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, so they know their stuff when it comes to formulating energy products. Which brings me to this product, NADH with CoQ10…
We’ve only been using the product for three weeks and we’ve both expierienced a nice boost in energy. I feel an improved sense of well-being as well, something I was not expecting, and hubby has great energy in the afternoon. My memory is sharper, though this may be a placebo response, but I’m not complaining.
Just as a quick FYI—NADH was clinically shown to improve Chronic Fatigue Syndrome symptoms in a published study, and Coenzyme Q10 has clinically shown to benefit fibromyalgia symptoms. ProHealth has put both of these super energy ingredients together to make the most potent NADH/CoQ10 product available anywhere. I recommend it, and so does my hard to please husband (though I love him like crazy). This ProHealth product is highly recommended.

I used to take a bunch of supplements and vitamins, but I realized a year ago that it’s better to get the vitamins and minerals we need from whole foods. So, I cut down on the supplements to just three, and this is one of them. I’ve been taking this supplement for about a year now, and I take one capsule in an empty stomach every morning. I feel more energized, and my brain is more focused and sharp. CoQ10 is super important for making ATP, which powers many processes in the body, like muscle contraction, brain function, and overall cellular activity. It helps fight off free radicals and protects cells from damage caused by oxidative stress. NADH also plays a key role in making energy in the body, especially in the mitochondria, which are like the powerhouses of cells that make ATP, the main energy source in cells. This is a powerhouse in one capsule, and it’s from Prohelth, my favorite company that makes high-quality supplements. I’ll be taking this forever!

Buy these. Do it now. NAD has been life changing in my energy levels. I have Lyme disease which comes with debilitating chronic fatigue and this is the first thing that has caused a noticeable difference in my energy levels. I’m a functioning human being with NAD.
I felt results the first time I took it. Make sure to take it on an empty stomach. I usually take it right when I wake up and then wait a half hour to ingest anything.
I would also strongly recommend this to anyone struggling with PAWS after drug addiction/recovery.
I have done NAD intravenous infusion during drug recovery, which was life changing. Afterwards I used transdermal NAD patches. These pills are immensely more effective than patches, and I would say that under a doctors supervision you could get similar results to having an infusion with a high enough dose.
Research is my thing –
I really like this product and I can feel the difference when I take it, particularly in the morning on an empty stomach. I suspect the NADH has the more profound effect, but I am not sure. I like the energy I get in any event, and my cognitive function seems to kick into a higher gear when I take it. It’s a great product, but I think its great mostly because of the NADH, as coenzyme Q10 alone does not have this effect on me. This NADH/CoQ10 product gives me great, smooth energy, the result of combining two premium, expensive, synergistic energy ingredients.
According to the manufacturer’s website (ProHealth), their product contains contains 25 milligrams of pharmaceutical grade NADH per capsule plus 100 milligrams of CoQ10. They do not sell the ‘Panmol’ brand of NADH, which is not pure NADH—it is only 10% NADH. According to the Panmol website: “Panmol NADH contains 10% NADH”. That means that 25 mgs of Panmol NADH actually contains 2.5 milligrams of NADH; and 50 mgs of Panmol NADH contains 5 mgs of NADH. You should do a quick Google on Panmol to confirm. So if you see any NADH containing Panmol NADH, divide the amount of the Panmol in the product by 10. That will give you the actual amount of NADH in their product.
Just do your homework when selecting the best NADH/CoQ10 product. Make sure it has exactly the amount of NADH they are advertising. This NADH/CoQ10 product contains the exact amount of NADH stated on the label: 25 milligrams–not 25 or 5o mgs of a brand of NADH, Panmol, that is only 10% NADH by weight. If it did, I would hope that the company would tell me the actual amount of NADH in their product. To state only the gross weight on ‘Panmol NADH’ is deceptive unless they tell the net, or actual–amount. The others use Panmol, so now you know the truth.

I think it’s pricey. It helped a little with energy. I probably won’t order again unless the price goes down.
