I must say I have seen results from using this in just couple weeks. My stomach is not as bloated. As before. I have seen a reduction in my weight. The digestion is good. I don’t go every morning but every other day I use the bathroom. i’m thinking about start taking it at night and see if I go to the bathroom in the morning. Definitely value for money. for me there is no taste really and the strength is good. I don’t have any side effects.

You need to drink at least a full glass of water when taking or else you get that pill in the throat feeling.
There are 30 capsules per bottle and if it takes you longer than 2-3 months to go through the bottle, you will notice they start to look darker and oxidize. I recommend taking one cap every day.
